Abstract
구체적으로는 수분 흡수성 및 포화 수분 흡수량이 높은 아이오소바이드 에폭시를 포함하여 김서림 현상을 효과적으로 오랜 시간 동안 방지할 수 있고, 경화제 등을 포함하여 유리 등의 기재에 대한 접착력이 좋아 별도의 접착층을 구비하지 않아도 되는 김서림 방지 코팅용 조성물 및 이를 사용한 코팅막에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 경화제는 활성 수소를 포함하는 폴리아민(polyamine)계 화합물인 김서림 방지 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 경화제는 에틸렌디아민, 트리메틸렌 테르라민, 테트라에틸렌펜타민폴리아민, 아이소포론다이아민, 폴리프로필렌다이아민, 트리에틸렌 글라이콜 다이아민 및 폴리옥시프로필렌트리아민 화합물 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 김서림 방지 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 아이소소바이드 에폭시의 당량에 대한 상기 경화제의 활성 수소 당량의 비가 0.7 내지 0.95 인 김서림 장지 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 경화촉진제는 이미다졸계 화합물 및 3급아민계 화합물에서 선택된 1종 이상인 김서림 방지 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 이미다졸계 화합물은 이미다졸, 2-메틸이미다졸, 2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸 및 1-시아노에틸-2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이고,
상기 3급아민계 화합물은, 트리부틸아민, 벤질디메틸아민, 트리메틸아민 및 벤질디메틸아민 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 김서림 방지 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실란커플링제는 에폭시 실란계 화합물인 김서림 방지 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 실란계 화합물은 2-(3,4 에폭시싸이클로헥실)에틸트리메톡시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필메틸다이에톡시실란 및 3-글리시딜프로플트리에톡시실란 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 김서림 방지 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 아이소소바이드 에폭시(isosorbide epoxy) 100 중량부에 대하여,
상기 경화제 30 내지 50 중량부,
상기 경화촉진제 0.1 내지 3.0 중량부 및
상기 실란커플링제 10 내지 30 중량부를 포함하는 김서림 방지 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 조성물로 형성한 김서림 방지 코팅막.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
두께가 1 내지 100 ㎛인 김서림 방지 코팅막.
