Claims (7)
- 용기의 내부에 입자를 충전하는 입자 충전 장치이며,
상기 용기에 대하여 일정 위치에 보유 지지되는 베이스와,
연직 방향으로 연장되는 중심축에 대하여 회전 대칭 형상이며, 입자를 분배하는 분배기와,
상기 베이스에 고정되고, 상기 분배기를 회전 가능하게 보유 지지하는 베어링과,
상기 베이스에 고정되고, 상기 중심축에 대하여 회전 대칭 형상이며, 상기 베어링의 내경보다 작은 하단 개구부를 갖고, 상기 하단 개구부로부터 상기 분배기로 입자를 공급하는 입자 공급부와,
상기 분배기를 회전시키는 모터를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 입자 충전 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배기는,
상기 입자를 방출하는 슬릿이 형성된 1축 회전 타원 형상의 원반과,
상기 원반을 상기 베어링의 회전축에 접속하고, 상기 입자 공급부로부터 상기 원반으로 공급되는 입자가 접촉하지 않는 형상의 원반 회전축을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 입자 충전 장치. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입자 공급부의 상기 하단 개구부는, 상기 원반 회전축의 내경보다 작고,
상기 입자 공급부의 상단 개구부는 상기 하단 개구부보다 크고,
상기 입자 공급부의 상기 상단 개구부와 상기 하단 개구부 간의 측벽의 기울기는, 상기 입자의 안식각보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는, 입자 충전 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자 공급부의 도중에, 입자의 공급을 차단하는 셔터 기구를 더 갖고,
상기 셔터 기구는,
상기 입자 공급부의 도중에 형성된 불연속 부분이며, 상기 불연속 부분의 하단의 상기 입자 공급부의 개구 직경이, 상기 불연속 부분의 상단의 상기 입자 공급부의 개구 직경보다 큰 불연속 부분과,
상기 불연속 부분에 삽입되고, 입자의 공급 경로를 개폐하는 셔터판을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 입자 충전 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스에, 상기 중심축의 위치 및/또는 각도를 조정하는 조정 기구를 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 입자 충전 장치.
- 용기의 내부에 입자를 충전하는 입자 충전 장치이며,
연직 방향으로 연장된 입자 공급부를 갖고,
상기 입자 공급부는, 상단에 상단 개구, 하단에 하단 개구, 또한 도중에 입자의 공급을 차단하는 셔터 기구를 갖고,
상기 셔터 기구는,
상기 입자 공급부의 도중에 형성된 불연속 부분이며, 상기 불연속 부분의 하단의 개구 직경이, 상기 불연속 부분의 상단의 개구 직경보다 큰 불연속 부분과,
상기 불연속 부분에 삽입되고, 입자의 공급 경로를 개폐하는 셔터판을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 입자 충전 장치. - 제6항에 있어서, 폐쇄된 상태에서의 상기 셔터판이, 상기 불연속 부분의 상단으로부터 입자의 안식각으로 넓어지는 범위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 입자 충전 장치.
