- 액화 가스를 냉각하기 위한 증발 장치(4)로서; 상기 증발 장치(1)는:
- 액화 가스(3)로 충전되도록 된 컨테이너(2, 19)의 내부 공간에 배치된 증발 챔버(14)로서, 증발 챔버(14)의 내부 공간과 컨테이너(2, 19)의 내부 공간에 존재하는 액화 가스(3) 사이에 열교환을 허용하는 열교환 벽체들(6)을 포함하는 증발 챔버(14);
- 컨테이너(2, 19)로부터의 액체상인 액화 가스의 유동을 인출하기 위해 컨테이너(2, 19)의 내부 공간으로 드러난 인입구 및 인출된 가스 유동을 팽창시키기 위해 증발 챔버(14)의 내부공간으로 드러난 수두 손실 부재(13)를 포함하는 인입 회로(5);
- 인출된 가스 유동을 증발 챔버(14)로부터 증기상 가스 이용 회로(8)로 기체상으로 제거하도록 배치된 배출 회로(7)로서; 가스 유동을 증발 챔버(14)로 흡입하고 증기상 가스 이용 회로(8)로 배출하며 증발 챔버(14) 내에서 대기압보다 더 낮은 절대 압력을 유지할 수 있는 진공 펌프(9)를 포함하는 배출 회로(7)

- 제11항에 있어서, 액화 가스의 헤비 프랙션을 회수 및 제거하기 위한 장치(24)는 헤비 프랙션을 증발시키기 위해 수용기(25)의 내부 공간을 가열할 수 있는 가열 장치를 더 포함하고; 제거 덕트(26)는 증기상인 헤비 프랙션을 제거할 수 있는 증발 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제거 덕트(26)는 밸브 또는 역지 밸브(30)를 통해 수용기(25)에 연결되어 있고, 수용기(25)의 내부 공간은 장치의 배출 회로(7)와 연결되며, 배출 회로(7)는 수용기(25)에 수용된 헤비 프랙션을 제거 덕트(26)로 배출하도록 유체를 배출 회로(7)를 통해 수용기(25)로 배출할 수 있게 Y커플링을 통해 유체 공급 장치로 결합된 증발 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상류에서 증발 챔버(14)에 결합되고 하류에서 배출 회로(7)에 결합되는 추가 열교환기(34)를 더 포함하고, 상기 추가 열교환기(34)는 적어도 부분적으로 액화 가스(3)로 충전되도록 된 컨테이너(2)의 내부 공간의 상측 부분에 배치된 증발 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제1 바이패스 라인(36)과, 증발 챔버(14)를 추가 열교환기(34) 및 제1 바이패스 라인(36)으로 결합하는 첫 번째 3방향 커플링과, 증발 챔버(14)로부터 제1 바이패스 라인(36)으로의 인출된 가스 유동의 통로를 선택적으로 허용 또는 차단할 수 있는 밸브(37, 39)를 포함하는 증발 장치.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 인출된 액화 가스의 적어도 일부를 인입 회로로부터 제2 바이패스 라인(40)으로 이끌기 위해 한편으로 수두 손실 부재(13)의 상류에서 인입 회로(5)에 결합되고 다른 한편으로 추가 열교환기(34)에 결합된 제2 바이패스 라인(40)을 포함하고, 증발 챔버(14)를 통해 그리고 상기 제2 바이패스 라인(40)을 통해 각각 순환하는 가스 유동들의 유동율들을 조절할 수 있는 레귤레이션 수단(40, 42, 43, 44)을 더 포함하는 증발 장치.

- 컨테이너(2, 19)에 수용된 액화 가스(3)로부터 칼로리를 흡수함으로써 인출된 가스 유동을 증발시키도록, 인출되어 증발 챔버(14)에서 팽창된 가스 유동과 컨테이너(2, 19)에 수용된 액화 가스(3) 사이에서 증발 챔버(14)의 벽체들(6)을 통해 열교환을 일으키는 단계; 및
- 증기상인 인출된 가스 유동을 증기상 가스 이용 회로(8)로 이끄는 단계
를 포함하는 냉각 방법. - 제22항에 있어서, 120mbar와 950mbar 사이, 바람직하게는 650mbar와 850mbar 사이에 놓인 절대 압력이 증발 챔버(14) 내부에서 유지되는 냉각 방법.
- 제22항 또는 제23항에 있어서, 액화 가스는 2상 평형(two-phase equilibrium) 상태 및 하측 액체상 및 상측 기체상(35)으로 컨테이너(2)의 내부 공간에 저장되고, 증발 챔버(14)로부터 인출된 가스 유동은, 인출된 가스 유동을 증기상 가스 이용 회로(8)로 이끌기 전에, 인출된 가스 유동과 상측 기체상(35) 사이에 열교환을 일으키기 위해 상측 기체상(35)과 적어도 부분적으로 접촉하고 있는 추가 열교환기(34)로 이끌어지는 냉각 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 증발 챔버(14)는 추가 열교환기(34)에 결합되고 첫 번째 3방향 커플링을 통해 추가 열교환기(35)를 우회하는 것을 가능하게 하는 바이패스 라인(36)에 결합되며, 밸브(37, 39)는 바이패스 라인(36)으로의 인출된 가스 유동의 통로를 선택적으로 허용하거나 차단할 수 있으며, 상기 밸브(37, 39)는 바이패스 라인(36)으로의 인출된 가스 유동의 통로를 허용하거나 차단하기 위해 상측 기체상(35)의 압력의 대표 변수의 함수로써 제어되는 냉각 방법.
- 제22항 내지 제25항 중 한 항에 있어서, 액화 가스는 2상 평형 상태로 컨테이너의 내부 공간에 저장되고 하측 액체상과 상측 기체상(35)을 구비하며, 액화 가스의 유동이 컨테이너로부터 인출되고, 이것은 상기 인출된 가스 유동과 상측 기체상(35) 사이에서 열교환을 일으키기 위해 상측 기체상(35)과 적어도 부분적으로 접촉하고 있는 추가 열교환기(34)로 이끌어지는 냉각 방법.
