Claims (13)
- 표적 분자가, 활성탄과 표적 분자를 포함하는 액체를 접촉시킴으로써 침출물 및/또는 추출물로부터 분리되는, 표적 분자의 정제 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 표적 분자가 10000 이상의 분자량을 갖는 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 표적 분자가 당단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표적 분자가 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침출물 및/또는 추출물이 하기 성분 증 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법: 아세트알데하이드, 톨루엔, 2-헥산온, 아세톤, 2-부탄온, 에틸 아세테이트, 비스페놀 A, 벤질 알콜, 트리메틸 실라놀, 포름알데하이드, 비스 (2-에틸헥실) 프탈레이트, 1-메틸에틸 에스테르 아세트산, 2,4-디-t-부틸 페놀, 2-옥타논, 2-펜타논, 3,3-디메틸-2-부탄온, 3-에톡시-프로판, 3-헥산온, 3-메톡시-1-부탄올, 부탄알, 시클로헥산온, 에탄올, 포름산, 헵타에틸렌 글리콜, 헥산알, 메틸 이소부틸 케톤, 펜탄알, t-부탄올, 테트라하이드로푸란, 메틸 포르메이트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표적 분자와 활성탄의 접촉이 pH 3 내지 9 에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성탄이 유기 중합체성 물질의 열분해에 의해 수득되는 활성탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성탄이 5 내지 40 μm 의 중간 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표적 분자가 활성탄을 포함하는 필터 하나 이상을 통한 여과에 의해 침출물 및/또는 추출물로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 단계 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 제조 및/또는 정제 방법에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:
- 바이오리액터에서의 세포 배양
- 정화
- 크로마토그래피 정제
- 여과. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표적 분자가, 일회용 기구가 25℃ 초과의 온도 및/또는 일회용 기구의 기계적 변형과 조합으로 사용되고/되거나 일회용 기구에서의 표적 분자의 체류 시간이 1 시간 초과인 방법 단계 후에, 활성탄과 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 액체로부터 침출물 및/또는 추출물을 제거하기 위한 활성탄의 용도.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 액체가 여과 장치에서 활성탄과 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
