Claims (7)
- 공기압축기에는 모터를 고정하는 기판 및 피스톤 바디를 작동시키는 실린더가 구비되며, 상기 실린더의 일단에는 피스톤 바디를 밀어넣을 수 있는 개구가 구비되고, 타단은 배기공이 설치되는 상단 벽이며, 모터가 회전하면 상기 피스톤 바디는 실린더 내에서 왕복운동을 하여 압축공기를 생성하고, 상기 압축공기는 상단 벽의 배기공을 통해 공기 저장부의 공기 저장챔버 내에 진입하는 공기압축기의 개선된 실린더 공기 배출 구조에 있어서,
상술한 실린더 및 기판은 플라스틱 재질로 일체로 제조 완성되며, 실린더 상단 벽에는 복수 개의 배기공이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 개선된 실린더 공기 배출 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상술한 복수 개의 배기공은 동일한 구경을 가진 통풍공으로서, 상기 복수 개의 배기공의 구경은 각각 구경X, Y, Z 이고, X=Y=Z 인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 개선된 실린더 공기 배출 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
실린더의 상단 벽에는 링형 단턱이 설치되며, 상기 링형 단턱의 외주변은 링 모양의 바깥 링형 돌출 단턱으로부터 뻗어나오고, 상기 바깥 링형 돌출 단턱과 실린더 상단 벽에는 걸림 홈이 존재하며; 상술한 공기 저장부에는 서로 마주보는 두 개의 끼움체가 설치되고, 공기 저장부의 안쪽 평면에서 서로 간격을 둔 복수 개의 수직 컬럼이 아래로 뻗어나와, 공기 저장부의 끼움체를 통해 실린더의 걸림 홈 안에 걸리게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 개선된 실린더 공기 배출 구조. - 제3항에 있어서,
상술한 복수 개의 배기공은 모두 상술한 밸브 기구에 설치되고, 각각의 밸브 기구는 모두 밸브 시트 및 스프링으로 구성되며, 상기 복수 개의 밸브 시트는 각각 상술한 복수 개의 배기공을 밀폐하고, 상술한 스프링은 각각 밸브 시트에 설치되며, 상술한 공기 저장부에서 서로 간격을 둔 세 개의 수직 컬럼은 상술한 스프링의 타단에 끼워지고, 세 개의 수직 컬럼의 끝단이 미세한 거리를 두고 상술한 밸브 시트의 윗쪽에 위치하도록 하여, 밸브 시트가 개폐 동작을 할 때의 반등 높이를 제한함으로써 압축공기의 공기 주입량을 제어하며; 상술한 밸브 시트는 스프링의 탄성 장력으로 인해 배기공을 완전히 봉쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 개선된 실린더 공기 배출 구조. - 제3항에 있어서,
상술한 복수 개의 배기공은 모두 동일한 구조의 밸브 기구에 설치되고, 각각의 밸브 기구는O링, 스프링 및 스프링 판으로 구성되며, 상기 스프링 판에는 기초부가 구비되고, 기초부로부터 각 배기공과 서로 대응되는 분할편이 방사형으로 주위를 향해 뻗어나오며, 각각의 O링은 각 배기공에 설치되고, 스프링 판의 기초부에 설치된 위치 고정용 홀을 통해 실린더 상단 벽에 설치된 위치 고정용 블록에 고정되어, 상기 복수 개의 분할편이 각각 O링에 닿게 함으로써 배기공이 각각 분할편에 의해 봉쇄되도록 하고; 분할편의 면적은 모두 배기공의 구경에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 개선된 실린더 공기 배출 구조. - 제3항에 있어서,
상술한 복수 개의 배기공은 모두 동일한 구조의 밸브 기구에 설치되고, 각각의 밸브 기구는 O링, 스프링 및 스프링 판으로 구성되며, 상기 스프링 판에는 기초부가 구비되고, 기초부로부터 각 배기공과 서로 대응되는 분할편이 나무형으로 뻗어나오며, 스프링 판의 기초부를 통해 실린더 상단 벽에 설치된 위치 고정용 블록에 고정되어 배기공이 각각 분할편에 의해 봉쇄되도록 하고; 분할편의 면적은 모두 배기공의 구경에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 개선된 실린더 공기 배출 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상술한 복수 개의 배기공은 동일하지 않은 구경을 가진 통풍공으로서, 상기 복수 개의 배기공의 구경은 각각 구경A, B, C이며, 구경의 크기는 A>B>C인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압축기의 개선된 실린더 공기 배출 구조.
