Claims (5)
- 아로니아 농축액에 tannase 효소를 처리하여 떫은 맛이 저감된 아로니아 원액을 제조하는 단계와; 상기 단계에서 얻은 아로니아 원액에 1~10중량% L-아르기닌을 배합하여 아로니아 혼합액을 제조하는 단계와; 상기 단계에서 얻은 아로니아 혼합액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아로니아 원액은 아로니아 농축액 1~65°brix에 tannase 효소 1~10중량%를 40℃에서 2시간 진탕반응시키는 것이 특징인 아로니아 혼합액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항의 방법에 따라 제조된 떫은맛이 저감된 아로니아액과 L-아르기닌의 혼합액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항산화 기능성 식품 조성물.
- 제 3항의 식품조성물이 액상 타입인 음료 조성물.
- 제 3항의 식품조성물이 젤리인 식품 조성물
