Claims (3)
- 시트벨트용 폴리에스테르 원사의 제조 방법에 있어서, 고유점도가 1.00 내지 1.25dl/g인 폴리에스테르 칩을 용융 방사한 후, 점도저하방지제를 포함하는 유제를 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트벨트용 폴리에스테르 원사의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유제에 고온 열처리시 원사점도 저하 방지를 위하여 고온 점도저하에 효과적인 탄소 수 50개 이상인 폴리올 에스테르를 10 내지 40중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트벨트용 폴리에스테르 원사의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항의 방법으로 제조된, 강도 8.0 내지 10.5g/d, 수축률 7.5 내지 12.5% 및 강력 유지율이 82% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트벨트용 폴리에스테르 원사.
