Description
Claims (13)
- A) 폴리카르보네이트,
B) 산화된 산-개질된 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 및
D) 무기 충전제
를 포함하며,
상기 산화된 산-개질된 폴리에틸렌 왁스는 10 mg KOH/g 미만의 산가, 60% 초과 및 90% 미만의 결정화도, 90℃ 내지 130℃의 융점 및 1500 g/mol 내지 5000 g/mol의 점도 평균 몰 질량을 갖는 것인 폴리카르보네이트 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 20.0 내지 99.8 중량%의 폴리카르보네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.05 내지 10.0 중량%의 산화된 산-개질된 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.2 내지 0.5 중량%의 산화된 산-개질된 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.04 내지 4.0 중량%, 더 바람직하게는 0.045 내지 3.8 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.05 내지 3.6 중량%의, 열 안정화제, 이형제 및 UV 안정화제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 난연제 및/또는 착색제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 충전제가 유리 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.002 내지 0.2 중량%의 열 안정화제, 0.01 중량% 내지 1.00 중량%의 UV 안정화제 및 0.05 중량% 내지 2.00 중량%의 이형제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화된 산-개질된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 산화 지수가 8을 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화된 산-개질된 폴리에틸렌 왁스가 70 mPa·s 내지 800 mPa·s의, ISO 11443에 따라 측정된 용융 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
A) 46.0 내지 99.8 중량%의 폴리카르보네이트,
B) 0.05 내지 10 중량%, 매우 특히 바람직하게는 0.15 내지 4.0 중량%의, 산화된 산-개질된 폴리에틸렌 왁스,
C1) 0.04 내지 4.0 중량%, 매우 특히 바람직하게는 0.05 내지 3.6 중량%의, 열 안정화제, 이형제 및/또는 UV 안정화제의 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제,
C2) 임의로, 난연제, 착색제, 대전방지제 및/또는 충격 개질제의 군으로부터 선택된 추가의 첨가제, 및
D) 5.0 내지 30.0 중량%의 무기 충전제
로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 조성물로부터 제조된 성형물.
- 적어도 1종의 무기 충전제로 충전된 폴리카르보네이트 조성물의 볼 압입 온도(ball indentation temperature)를 향상시키고/거나, 운동 및 정지 마찰 계수를 감소시키기 위한, 산화된 산-개질된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 용도.
