Claims (15)
- (A) 이소시아네이트 화합물과,
(B) 활성 수소 화합물과,
(C) 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되고, 극대 흡수 피크가 350nm 이상 370nm 이하의 범위인 1종 이상의 자외선 흡수제
를 포함하는, 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물.
(상기 일반식(1) 중, R1, R2는, C1 내지 C8의 알킬기를 나타내고, 동일해도 상이해도 된다. 복수 존재하는 R1끼리, 또는 복수 존재하는 R2끼리는 동일해도 상이해도 된다. m은 0 내지 3의 정수, n은 0 내지 3의 정수를 나타내고, R3은 에스테르 결합을 포함하는 C2 내지 C15의 관능기를 나타낸다.) - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 화합물(A)이 지환족 이소시아네이트 화합물을 포함하는, 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 화합물(A)은, 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트, 펜타메틸렌디이소시아네이트, 크실릴렌디이소시아네이트, 이소포론디이소시아네이트, 비스(이소시아나토메틸)시클로헥산, 비스(이소시아나토시클로헥실)메탄, 2,5-비스(이소시아나토메틸)비시클로-[2.2.1]-헵탄, 2,6-비스(이소시아나토메틸)비시클로-[2.2.1]-헵탄, 톨릴렌디이소시아네이트, 페닐렌디이소시아네이트 및 4,4'-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성 수소 화합물(B)이, 2 이상의 머캅토기를 갖는 폴리티올 화합물, 1 이상의 머캅토기와 1 이상의 수산기를 갖는 히드록시티올 화합물, 2 이상의 수산기를 갖는 폴리올 화합물, 및 아민 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리티올 화합물은, 5,7-디머캅토메틸-1,11-디머캅토-3,6,9-트리티아운데칸, 4,7-디머캅토메틸-1,11-디머캅토-3,6,9-트리티아운데칸, 4,8-디머캅토메틸-1,11-디머캅토-3,6,9-트리티아운데칸, 4-머캅토메틸-1,8-디머캅토-3,6-디티아옥탄, 펜타에리트리톨테트라키스(2-머캅토아세테이트), 펜타에리트리톨테트라키스(3-머캅토프로피오네이트), 2,5-비스(머캅토메틸)-1,4-디티안, 비스(머캅토에틸)술피드, 1,1,3,3-테트라키스(머캅토메틸티오)프로판, 4,6-비스(머캅토메틸티오)-1,3-디티안, 2-(2,2-비스(머캅토메틸티오)에틸)-1,3-디티에탄, 1,1,2,2-테트라키스(머캅토메틸티오)에탄, 3-머캅토메틸-1,5-디머캅토-2,4-디티아펜탄, 트리스(머캅토메틸티오)메탄 및 에틸렌글리콜비스(3-머캅토프로피오네이트)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(1) 이외의 구조를 갖고, 350nm 이상 370nm 이하의 범위에 극대 흡수 피크를 갖는 자외선 흡수제를 더 포함하는, 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 흡수제(C)는, 당해 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물 100중량% 중에 0.1 내지 10.0중량% 포함되는, 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물을 경화시켜 이루어지는 성형체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 흡수제(C)를 0.1 내지 10.0중량% 포함하는, 성형체.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 기재된 성형체로 이루어지는 광학 재료.
- 제12항에 기재된 광학 재료로 이루어지는 플라스틱 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물을 주형 중합하는 공정을 포함하는, 광학 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 재료용 중합성 조성물을 가열 경화시켜 얻어지는 성형체의 광학 재료로서의 용도.
