도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 과열보호회로의 구성을 더욱 상세히 보여주는 회로 블록도,
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 과열보호회로의 부분적인 신호처리과정을 나타낸 도면,
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 과열보호회로의 전체적인 신호처리과정을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- 전자접촉기를 개폐하는 구동회로에 있어서,
상기 전자접촉기를 개폐하는 구동코일이 여자 또는 소자 되도록 제어하는 스위칭 소자;
상기 전자접촉기 내의 온도를 검출하여 상기 온도의 변화가 반영된 전압을 출력하는 온도 검출부; 및
상기 온도 검출부가 출력한 상기 온도변화가 반영된 전압을 수신하여 상기 스위칭소자의 온 또는 오프를 제어하는 신호를 출력하는 비교부;를 포함한 과열온도 보호부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 전자접촉기 구동회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 온도 검출부는 적어도 하나의 열 가변저항기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자접촉기 구동회로. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전자접촉기 구동회로는 적어도 하나의 가변 저항기를 포함하고,
상기 열 가변 저항기의 일단은 상기 가변 저항기의 일단과 병렬 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기 구동회로. - 제1항에서,
상기 비교부는 복수의 비교기를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 비교기 중, 제 1 비교기의 제1 입력단은 상기 열 가변저항기 및 상기 가변저항기가 출력하는 제1 전압신호를 수신하고,
상기 제1 비교기의 제2 입력단은 기설정된 기준전압신호인 제2 전압신호를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자접촉기 구동회로. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1 비교기의 정(+) 입력단은 상기 제2 전압신호를 수신하고, 상기 제1 비교기의 부(-)입력단은 상기 제1 전압신호를 수신하여,
상기 제1 전압신호와 상기 제2 전압신호 간의 차이에 근거한 디지털신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자접촉기 구동회로. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
부하에 동작전력을 입력하는 동작전력 공급부;
상기 동작전력 공급부로부터 기설정된 일정한 전류량이 상기 부하에 공급되도록 펄스신호를 상기 스위칭부에 출력하는 제어부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자접촉기 구동회로. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 비교기 중 제2 비교기의 제1 입력단은 상기 제1 비교기의 출력신호를 수신하고,
상기 제2 비교기의 제2 입력단은 상기 제어부의 상기 펄스신호를 수신하며,
상기 제1 비교기의 출력신호와 상기 펄스신호를 비교하여 상기 스위칭소자의 스위칭동작을 제어하는 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자접촉기 구동회로. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 비교기는 앤드 게이트(AND GATE)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자접촉기 구동회로.
