Claims (8)
- 필름 기재 상에 박막을 구비하는 필름의 제조 방법으로서,
감압 환경에서 장척 필름 기재를 길이 방향을 따라 반송시키면서,
필름 기재 상에 박막을 형성하는 공정 ;
박막 형성시 또는 박막 형성 후에, 필름에 포함되는 결점을 검출하는 공정 ; 및
검출된 결점을 포함하는 영역의 필름 표면에 마킹을 형성하는 공정이 실시되고,
필름 표면에 엠보스 롤을 프레스하여 엠보스 가공을 실시함으로써, 상기 마킹이 형성되는, 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
백업 롤 및 엠보스 롤을 구비하는 마킹 형성부에 있어서, 상기 마킹이 형성되고,
상기 마킹 형성부에서는, 필름이 상기 백업 롤에 맞닿아 주행함으로써 하류측에 반송되고,
결점 비검출 부위가 상기 백업 롤 상을 주행하고 있는 동안에는, 상기 엠보스 롤은 필름으로부터 이간되어 있고,
결점 검출 부위가 상기 백업 롤 상을 주행하고 있는 동안에는, 상기 엠보스 롤을 필름에 프레스함으로써 마킹이 형성되는, 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 마킹 형성부는, 필름의 폭 방향을 따라 형성된 복수의 엠보스 롤을 구비하고,
검출된 결점의 위치 정보에 기초하여, 폭 방향의 대응하는 위치에 형성된 엠보스 롤을 필름에 프레스함으로써, 폭 방향에 위치 선택적으로 마킹이 형성되는, 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
필름 상의 박막 형성면측의 표면에 상기 마킹이 형성되는, 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
필름 기재 상에 대한 박막의 형성이 스퍼터법에 의해 실시되는, 필름의 제조 방법. - 장척 필름 기재를 연속적으로 권출하여 하류측에 공급하는 권출 롤 ; 필름 기재 상에 박막을 형성하는 성막부 ; 필름에 포함되는 결점을 검출하는 검사부 ; 검출된 결점을 포함하는 영역의 필름 표면에 마킹을 형성하는 마킹 형성부 ; 및 상기 마킹 형성부를 통과 후의 필름을 권취하는 권취 롤을 구비하고,
상기 마킹 형성부는, 백업 롤 및 엠보스 롤을 구비하고,
상기 엠보스 롤은, 상기 검사부에 있어서의 결점의 검출 유무에 기초하여, 상기 백업 롤 상을 주행하는 필름과 맞닿거나 또는 이간되도록 이동 가능하게 구성되어 있는, 진공 성막 장치. - 장척 필름 기재를 길이 방향을 따라 반송시키면서,
필름에 포함되는 결점을 검출하는 공정 ; 및
검출된 결점을 포함하는 영역의 필름 표면에 마킹을 형성하는 공정이 실시되고,
필름 표면에 엠보스 롤을 프레스하여 엠보스 가공을 실시함으로써, 상기 마킹이 형성되는, 마킹 형성 방법. - 장척 필름 기재를 연속적으로 권출하여 하류측에 공급하는 권출 롤 ; 필름에 포함되는 결점을 검출하는 검사부 ; 검출된 결점을 포함하는 영역의 필름 표면에 마킹을 형성하는 마킹 형성부 ; 및 상기 마킹 형성부를 통과 후의 필름을 권취하는 권취 롤을 구비하고,
상기 마킹 형성부는, 백업 롤 및 엠보스 롤을 구비하고,
상기 엠보스 롤은, 상기 검사부에 있어서의 결점의 검출 유무에 기초하여, 상기 백업 롤 상을 주행하는 필름과 맞닿거나 또는 이간되도록 이동 가능하게 구성되어 있는, 마킹 장치.
