Claims (16)
- 알칼리 금속 탄산염, 알칼리 금속 중탄산염 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속 화합물과, 카르복실기를 갖는 중합체가 가교된 수지인 제1 수지를 포함하는 제1 층(A)과,
알칼리 금속 탄산염, 알칼리 금속 중탄산염 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속 화합물과, 지방산의 비닐에스테르에 유래하는 구조 단위를 갖는 수지인 제2 수지를 포함하는 제2 층(B)과,
소수성 다공막(C)
을 포함하는 CO2 가스 분리막. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 수지가, 지방산의 비닐에스테르를 부분적으로 비누화하여 얻어지는 폴리비닐알코올 또는 비닐알코올과 아크릴산의 공중합체인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층(A)의 한쪽의 면과 상기 제2 층(B)의 한쪽의 면이 접하고 있고, 상기 제1 층(A)의 다른쪽의 면 또는 상기 제2 층(B)의 다른쪽의 면 중 어느 하나와 상기 소수성 다공막(C)의 한쪽의 면이 접하고 있는 것인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층(A) 및 상기 제2 층(B) 중, 상기 소수성 다공막(C)과 접하지 않는 층의 단위 중량이, 소수성 다공막(C)과 접하고 있는 층의 단위 중량보다 많은 것인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층(A), 상기 제2 층(B) 및 상기 소수성 다공막(C)이, 이 순서로 적층된 것인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 수지가, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 또는 이들의 유도체에 유래하는 구조 단위를 갖는 것인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층(A) 및 상기 제2 층(B)에 포함되는 모든 알칼리 금속 화합물의 합계 함유량이, 상기 제1 수지 및 상기 제2 수지의 합계량 1 질량부에 대하여 0.5 질량부∼20 질량부인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층(A) 및 상기 제2 층(B)에 포함되는 상기 알칼리 금속 화합물이, 나트륨, 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속의 탄산염 또는 수산화물인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층(A) 및 상기 제2 층(B)에 포함되는 상기 알칼리 금속 화합물이, 탄산세슘 또는 수산화세슘인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 다공막(C)이, 세라믹, 함불소 수지, 폴리페닐렌술피드, 폴리에테르술폰 및 폴리이미드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 재료를 포함하는 것인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 다공막(C)의 평균 구멍 직경이, 0.005 ㎛∼1.0 ㎛의 범위인 CO2 가스 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 CO2 가스 분리막의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 알칼리 금속 화합물과, 상기 제1 수지와, 매질을 포함하는 제1 코팅액, 또는 상기 알칼리 금속 화합물과, 상기 제2 수지와, 매질을 포함하는 제2 코팅액을, 상기 소수성 다공막(C)의 적어도 한쪽의 면에 도포하는 제1 공정과,
상기 제1 공정에서 얻어진 도포물로부터 상기 매질을 제거하여 상기 제1 층(A) 또는 상기 제2 층(B)을 얻는 제2 공정과,
상기 제2 공정에서 얻어진 제1 층(A) 또는 제2 층(B)의 면에, 상기 제1 코팅액 및 상기 제2 코팅액 중 상기 제1 공정에서 코팅한 코팅액과는 상이한 코팅액을 도포하는 제3 공정과,
상기 제3 공정에서 얻어진 도포물로부터 상기 매질을 제거하여 상기 제1 층(A) 또는 상기 제2 층(B)을 얻는 제4 공정
을 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에 있어서, 상기 소수성 다공막(C)의 적어도 한쪽의 면에 상기 제2 코팅액을 도포하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 CO2 가스 분리막의 한쪽 면측에, 적어도 CO2와 수증기를 포함하는 혼합 기체를 공급하는 공정과,
상기 CO2 가스 분리막의 다른쪽 면측으로부터, 상기 혼합 기체로부터 분리된 CO2를 회수하는 공정
을 포함하는 CO2의 분리 방법. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 CO2 가스 분리막을 구비하는 CO2 가스 분리막 모듈.
- 제15항에 기재된 CO2 가스 분리막 모듈과,
적어도 CO2와 수증기를 포함하는 혼합 기체를 상기 CO2 가스 분리막 모듈에 공급하기 위한 기체 공급부
를 구비하는 CO2 가스 분리 장치.
