Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정으로서, (a) 반응기로부터 반응 유체를 제거하는 단계; (b) 상기 반응 유체를 기화기로 수송하는 단계; (c) 상기 기화기에서의 상기 반응 유체를 분리시켜 촉매-함유 액체 스트림 및 기체상 스트림을 생성하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 기화기에서 16 psia(110 kPa) 초과의 평균 CO 분압을 유지하는 단계를 포함하는, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정으로서,
(a) 하나 이상의 생성물, 하나 이상의 중질물 부산물, 전이 금속-오르가노포스파이트 리간드 착물 촉매, 하나 이상의 미전환된 반응물, 및 하나 이상의 불활성 경질물을 기화기로 공급하는 단계;
(b) 하나 이상의 생성물, 하나 이상의 미전환된 반응물, 하나 이상의 불활성 경질물, 및 일부의 중질물 부산물을 포함하는 오버헤드 가스 스트림을 상기 기화기로부터 제거하고, 그리고 상기 오버헤드 가스 스트림을 응축기로 공급하는 단계;
(c) 상기 응축기로부터 하나 이상의 미전환된 반응물 및 하나 이상의 불활성 경질물을 포함하는 응축기 오버헤드 가스 스트림을 제거하는 단계;
(d) 상기 응축기 오버헤드 가스 스트림의 적어도 일부를 상기 기화기로 재순환시키는 단계;
(e) 상기 기화기에서의 평균 CO 분압이 16 psia(110 kPa) 초과가 되도록 상기 응축기 오버헤드 가스 스트림 이외에 CO를 포함하는 가스 스트림을 상기 기화기로 도입하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 기화기로부터의 테일 스트림으로서 상기 전이 금속-오르가노포스파이트 리간드 착물 촉매 및 나머지의 상기 중질물 부산물을 포함하는 액체 재순환 촉매 스트림을 제거하는 단계
를 포함하는, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기화기에서의 상기 평균 CO 분압은 적어도 20 psia(138 kPa)인, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기화기에서의 상기 평균 CO 분압은 적어도 25 psia(172 kPa)인, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기화기의 공정 유출구 온도는 적어도 80℃이고, 바람직하게는 적어도 90℃인, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물은 알데하이드를 포함하는, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기화기에서 H2 분압은 0.1 psia(0.7 kPa) 내지 상기 CO 분압의 절반 미만인 것인, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기화기에서 H2 분압은 0.1 psia(0.7 kPa) 내지 상기 CO 분압의 10% 이하인, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응 유체는 상기 반응 유체에서 알데하이드 생성물을 제조하기 위한 하이드로포르밀화 반응 조건 하에 반응 구간에서 CO, H2, 올레핀 및 로듐 및 오르가노포르파이트 리간드를 포함하는 촉매를 접촉시켜 수득되는, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 전이 금속-오르가노포스파이트 리간드 착물 촉매이고, 상기 리간드는 오르가노포스파이트 리간드를 포함하는, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기화기에서 2 psia(14 kPa) 미만의 평균 H2 분압을 유지하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응 유체를 상기 기화기로 수송하기 이전에 상기 반응 유체를 플래쉬 용기로 수송하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 연속식 하이드로포르밀화 공정.
