Claims (12)
- 원료 수지 펠렛과 함께 혼련되어 발포 성형에 제공되는 발포 보조재로서,
희석 수지에 무기 입자, 화학 발포제 및 분산제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 보조재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로, 희석 수지에 산화 방지제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 보조재. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
산화 방지제로서 페놀계 산화 방지제와 인계 산화 방지제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 보조재. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 페놀계 산화 방지제의 첨가량이 1.25∼3.75질량%, 인계 산화 방지제의 첨가량이 3.00∼15.00질량%, 무기 입자의 첨가량이 5.00∼10.00질량%, 화학 발포제의 첨가량이 2.80∼11.20질량%, 화학 발포 보조재의 첨가량이 2.20∼8.80질량%, 분산제의 첨가량이 5.00∼20.00질량%이고, 희석 수지의 비율이 31.25∼80.75질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 보조재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 입자가 탤크인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 보조재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 원료 수지 펠렛에 사용되는 수지가 폴리에틸렌계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 보조재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
희석 수지로서 사용되는 수지의 융점이 원료 수지 펠렛에 사용되는 수지의 융점보다도 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 보조재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
펠렛상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 보조재. - 수지 재료를 발포 성형하는 발포 성형 방법으로서,
원료 수지에 대해 무기 입자, 화학 발포제 및 분산제를 미리 혼합한 상태에서 동시에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 성형 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 입자, 화학 발포제 및 분산제를 희석 수지에 첨가하여 제작한 펠렛을 원료 수지 펠렛에 첨가하여 혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 성형 방법. - 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
추가로, 산화 방지제를 무기 입자, 화학 발포제 및 분산제와 혼합한 상태에서 동시에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 성형 방법. - 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
발포 블로우 성형인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 성형 방법.
