Description
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 배터리 모듈의 구성을 도시한 사시도이다.
도 2는 도 1에서 커버 플레이트가 분리된 상태를 보여주는 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 배터리 모듈에 구비되는 스프링 부재 및 마그네트를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 4는 도 3에서 스프링 부재의 구성을 상세히 도시한 사시도이다.
도 5 및 도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 배터리 모듈의 전기적 연결 및 분리 상태를 나타낸 측면도이다.

Claims (5)
- 리드가 부착된 셀들이 배열되어 있는 셀 어셈블리;
상기 리드와 접촉 가능하게 대향 배치되는 터미널 버스바;
상기 셀 어셈블리에 결합되는 커버 플레이트에 의해 가압되어 상기 리드와 상기 터미널 버스바 간에 탄성력을 가하는 스프링 부재; 및
상기 리드 및 상기 터미널 버스바 중 적어도 어느 한 쪽에 배치되어 상기 리드와 상기 터미널 버스바를 서로 밀착시킬 수 있는 자기력을 제공하는 마그네트;를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마그네트는 상기 리드의 안쪽면에 배치되고,
상기 터미널 버스바의 바깥면에는 상기 마그네트와의 자기적 상호작용이 가능한 철편부재가 상기 마그네트와 대향되게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 커버 플레이트와 상기 터미널 버스바 사이에 개재되어 상기 스프링 부재와 상기 철편부재를 지지하는 인슐레이션 커버;를 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 스프링 부재는 상기 터미널 버스바의 바깥면에 밀착 가능한 지지부재의 양편에 각각 설치된 제1 스프링과 제2 스프링을 포함하고,
상기 제1 스프링은 상기 인슐레이션 커버 내에 수용되고 상기 제2 스프링은 상기 터미널 버스바를 관통하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 스프링 부재는 상기 철편부재를 중심으로 대칭되게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
