Claims (15)
- 시스템에 있어서,
냉각 흐름을 수용하도록 구성되는 충돌 슬리브를 포함하며,
상기 충돌 슬리브는:
충돌 슬리브의 외부 표면으로부터 연장하는 포트 칼럼, 및
냉각 흐름에 대해 외부 표면의 외부에 배치되는 하나 이상의 핀을 포함하며,
상기 포트 칼럼 중 각각의 포트는 가열된 구조물 쪽으로 충돌 스트림을 지향시키도록 구성되며, 각각의 충돌 스트림은 냉각 흐름의 일부를 포함하며,
상기 하나 이상의 핀들 중 각각의 핀은 포트 칼럼 중 적어도 하나의 포트에 커플링되는
시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 충돌 슬리브는 빌드 축선(build axis)을 가지는 첨삭 제작된 충돌 슬리브를 포함하며, 하나 이상의 핀들 중 각각의 핀은 빌드 축선의 임계 지지 각도 내에 있는 각각의 핀 축선을 따라 정렬되는
시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 포트 칼럼 중 하나 이상의 포트는 빌드 축선에 대해 대략 90도로 외부 표면으로부터 연장하는
시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,

상기 충돌 슬리브는:
첨삭 제작된 충돌 슬리브를 형성하는 복수의 층에 실질적으로 수직한 빌드 축선,
상기 충돌 슬리브의 외부 표면으로부터 연장하는 복수의 포트, 및
상기 냉각 흐름에 대해 외부 표면의 외부에 배치되는 복수의 핀을 포함하며,
상기 복수의 포트는 복수의 포트 칼럼을 포함하며, 복수의 포트들 중 각각의 포트는 가열된 구조물 쪽으로 충돌 스트림을 지향시키도록 구성되며, 각각의 충돌 스트림은 냉각 흐름의 일부를 포함하며,
상기 각각의 포트 칼럼은 첨삭 제작 중에 각각의 포트 칼럼을 지지하도록 각각의 포트 칼럼을 따라서 복수의 포트 중 적어도 하나의 포트에 커플링되는 복수의 핀들 중 하나 이상의 핀을 포함하며, 복수의 핀들 중 각각의 핀은 빌드 축선의 임계 각도 내에서 각각의 핀 축선을 따라 배치되는
시스템. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 포트들 중 포트의 서브세트(subset)는 포트의 서브세트의 직경보다 더 멀리 연장하며, 복수의 포트들 중 포트의 서브세트는 빌드 축선에 대해 45도보다 더 큰 각도로 외부 표면으로부터 연장하는
시스템. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 핀들 중 각각의 핀의 핀 축선은 복수의 핀들 중 각각의 핀에 가까운 충돌 슬리브의 외부 표면에 실질적으로 평행한
