Claims (15)
- 적어도 하나의 중합체 및 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제를 포함하며, 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제는 20℃에서 물 중 1 중량% 용액에서 측정될 때 pH가 13 이하 및 7 이상인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 중합체는 다당류 에스테르, 특히 셀룰로스 에스테르 또는 전분 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 중합체는 셀룰로스 에스테르이고, 적어도 하나의 셀룰로스 에스테르는 셀룰로스 아세테이트, 셀룰로스 프로피오네이트, 셀룰로스 부티레이트, 셀룰로스 아세테이트 프로피오네이트 및 셀룰로스 아세테이트 부티레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제는 알칼리 토금속 산화물, 알칼리 토금속 수산화물, 알칼리 토금속 탄산염, 알칼리 금속 탄산염, 알칼리 금속 중탄산염, ZnO 및 염기성 Al2O3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제는 20℃의 물 100 mL 당 10-6 g 내지 70 g의 용해도를 갖는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제는 MgO, Mg(OH)2, MgCO3, CaO, Ca(OH)2, CaCO3, NaHCO3, ZnO, Na2CO3, 및 KHCO3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제는 K2CO3 및 염기성 Al2O3의 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제는 미세하게 분포된 입자들의 형태로 중합체 조성물에 존재하며, D90 입자 크기는 10 μm 이하인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제는 미세하게 분포된 입자들의 형태로 0.01 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 양으로 중합체 조성물에 존재하는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 조성물은 적어도 하나의 카르보닐 작용기 및 상기 카르보닐 작용기에 대해 α-위치에 있는 C-H 결합을 갖는 용매 중에서 일어나는 자가축합(autocondensation) 반응의 적어도 하나의 억제제를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 억제제는 카르복실산 및 알코올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 억제제는 시트르산, 락트산, 말산, 타르타르산 및 글리세롤로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 억제제는 0.001 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 중합체 조성물에 존재하는 것인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물의 제조 방법 또는 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 물품의 제조 방법으로서, a) 적어도 하나의 용매를 포함하는 액체 상(liquid phase)에서 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제 및 선택적으로 적어도 하나의 억제제를 적어도 하나의 중합체와 접촉시키고, 후속으로 적어도 하나의 용매를 분리하여 본 발명에 따른 중합체 조성물을 수득하는 단계, b) 적어도 하나의 용매를 포함하는 액체 상에서 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제 및 선택적으로 적어도 하나의 억제제를 적어도 하나의 중합체와 접촉시키고, 후속으로 생성된 혼합물을 방사하여 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 섬유를 수득하는 단계, c) 적어도 하나의 용매를 포함하는 액체 상에서 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제 및 선택적으로 적어도 하나의 억제제를 적어도 하나의 중합체와 접촉시키고, 후속으로 생성된 혼합물을 필름 생성 공정, 바람직하게는 필름 캐스팅 방법으로 가공하여 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 필름을 수득하는 단계, d) 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제와 적어도 일부가 용융 상태인 적어도 하나의 중합체를 접촉시키고, 선택적으로 혼합물을 냉각시켜 본 발명에 따른 중합체 조성물을 수득하는 단계, 및 e) 적어도 하나의 염기성 첨가제를 적어도 일부가 용융 상태인 적어도 하나의 중합체와 접촉시키고, 후속으로 혼합물을 압출 및/또는 필름-블로잉하여, 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 성형 부품, 섬유, 필름, 딥-드로운(deep-drawn) 필름, 사출-성형 물품, 후벽 성형 부품, 과립, 마이크로비드, 비드, 베셀(vessel) 또는 화분을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 단계들의 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 필터 토우(filter tow), 또는 제14항에 따른 적어도 하나의 단계 b)를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 섬유를 포함하는 필터 토우.
