Claims (16)
- 사이클릭 아자실란과 물 및 이소시아네이트 관능기 함유 화합물 또는 고분자의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 재료.
- 사이클릭 아자실란과 물 및 에폭시 관능기 함유 화합물 또는 고분자의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 재료.
- 사이클릭 아자실란 및 이소시아네이트 또는 에폭시 관능기 함유 화합물 또는 고분자를 포함하고, 무수 조건하에 저장되는 안정한 혼합물.
- (N,N-디메틸아미노프로필)-아자-2-메틸-2-메톡시실라사이클로펜탄.
- Si-O-Si 결합에 의해 다리 걸쳐진 1개 또는 2개의 사이클릭 구조를 포함하는 (사이클로아자)디실록산.
- 제8항에 있어서,
(사이클로아자)디실록산은 비스(n-부틸-1-메톡시사이클로아자-1-실라사이클로펜틸)에테르인 (사이클로아자)디실록산. - 제8항에 있어서,
(사이클로아자)디실록산은 Si-O-Si 결합에 의해 또 다른 실리콘 원자에 다리 걸쳐진 하나의 사이클릭 구조를 포함하는 N-알킬아미노알킬사이클로아자디실록산인 (사이클로아자)디실록산. - 제8항에 있어서,
(사이클로아자)디실록산은 N-부틸-1-메톡시-1-(n-부틸아미노프로필디메톡시실록시)사이클로아자실란인 (사이클로아자)디실록산. - 저-습기 조건하에 사이클릭 아자실란과 이소시아네이트 또는 에폭시 관능기 함유 화합물 또는 고분자를 혼합하여 반응 혼합물 형성하는 단계, 및
이후 반응 혼합물을 습기에 노출시켜 하이브리드 재료를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는
접착제 특성을 갖는 하이브리드 실록산/실세스퀴옥산-우레탄 또는 하이브리드 실록산/실세스퀴옥산-에폭시 재료의 형성 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
습기는 50 내지 85% 상대습도를 포함하는 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
반응 혼합물은 무수 조건하에 6개월 동안 저장되는 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
반응 혼합물은 촉매 또는 촉진제를 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
촉매 또는 촉진제는 디부틸디라우릴틴, 디메틸틴디네오데카노트, 및 티타늄 디이소프로폭사이드 비스(펜탄디오네이트)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법.
