Claims (19)
- (a) (i) 아민 말단기(AEG)의 양이 카복실산 말단기(CEG)의 양보다 큰 폴리아마이드 6,6; 및
(ii) X1의 점도수(VN)를 갖는 제1 장쇄-길이 폴리아마이드 및 X2의 VN을 갖는 제2 장쇄-길이 폴리아마이드의 배합물
로 형성되는 적어도 하나의 폴리아마이드 혼합물;
(b) 적어도 하나의 강화 충전제;
(c) 적어도 하나의 열 안정화제; 및
(d) 적어도 하나의 이온성 윤활제를 포함하며,
X1이 X2보다 크고, VN이 25℃에서 폴리아마이드의 0.005 g/mL 강도 용액 중 표준 ISO 307에 따라 측정되는 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
폴리아마이드 조성물의 AEG의 양이 적어도 60 meq/kg, 바람직하게는 적어도 70 meq/kg이고, 폴리아마이드 조성물의 VN이 110 내지 140 ml/g, 바람직하게는 120 내지 135 ml/g인 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
(i) 폴리아마이드 6,6의 AEG의 양이 50 meq/kg 이상이고, (i) 폴리아마이드 6,6에서 AEG의 양과 CEG의 양 차이가 5 meq/kg 이상인 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 장쇄-길이 폴리아마이드 및 상기 제2 장쇄-길이 폴리아마이드가 독립적으로 폴리아마이드 11, 폴리아마이드 12, 폴리아마이드 6,10, 폴리아마이드 6,12, 폴리아마이드 6,18, 폴리아마이드 10,10, 폴리아마이드 10,12, 폴리아마이드 12,12, 및 이의 혼합물, 바람직하게는 폴리아마이드 6,10으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
X1이 122 내지 160 ml/g, 바람직하게는 130 내지 147 ml/g이고 X2가 95 내지 120 ml/g, 바람직하게는 102 내지 118 ml/g인 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(a) 적어도 하나의 폴리아마이드 혼합물의 양이 폴리아마이드 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 40.0 내지 95.0 중량%(wt%), 바람직하게는 60.0 내지 70.0 wt%인 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리아마이드 혼합물 내에서 상기 (i) 폴리아마이드 6,6 대 상기 (ii) 장쇄-길이 폴리아마이드 배합물의 중량비가 약 5:5 내지 약 3:7, 바람직하게는 약 4:6이고/이거나, 상기 제1 장쇄-길이 폴리아마이드 대 상기 제2 장쇄-길이 폴리아마이드의 중량비가 약 5:2 내지 약 3:1, 바람직하게는 약 3:1인 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(b) 적어도 하나의 강화 충전제가 유리 섬유, 유리 비드, 칼슘 카보네이트, 실리케이트, 활석, 카올린, 운모, 목재 분말, 및 다른 천연 산물의 분말 및 섬유, 그리고 합성 섬유, 바람직하게는 유리 섬유로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(b) 적어도 하나의 강화 충전제의 양이 폴리아마이드 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 1.0 내지 60.0 wt%, 바람직하게는 15.0 내지 50.0 wt%인 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(c) 적어도 하나의 열 안정화제가 CuI 대 KI의 몰비가 약 1:5인 CuI/KI로부터 형성되는 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(c) 적어도 하나의 열 안정화제가 힌더드 페놀 화합물 및 인 화합물의 조합인 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(c) 적어도 하나의 열 안정화제의 양이 폴리아마이드 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 0.05 내지 3.0 wt%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 2.0 wt%인 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(d) 적어도 하나의 이온성 윤활제가 알루미늄 염, 알칼리 금속 염, 알칼리 토금속 염, 또는 10 내지 44개 탄소 원자, 바람직하게는 12 내지 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방산의 에스테르 또는 아마이드, 바람직하게는 칼슘 스테아레이트, 칼슘 몬타네이트 및 알루미늄 스테아레이트, 보다 바람직하게는 알루미늄 스테아레이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(d) 적어도 하나의 이온성 윤활제의 양이 폴리아마이드 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 0.05 내지 1.0 wt%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 0.5 wt%인 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
항산화제, UV 안정화제, 착색제, 염료, 사슬 연장제, 가소제, 및 이의 임의의 조합으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 폴리아마이드 조성물. - 증강된 화학적 내성, 특히 CaCl2 염 균열 내성을 나타내는 물품의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리아마이드 조성물의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리아마이드 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
