Abstract
본 발명은 세균성 염증 질환의 예방 및 치료에 효과가 있는 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물에 대한 것으로서, 쌀뜨물에 천일염, 현미껍질가루를 넣고 청국장에서 추출한 바실러스 낫토(Bacillus natto)외 고초균, 유산균, 효모 등 복합 유용미생물을 넣은 배양액에 항염 효과가 있는 레몬머틀, 뽕잎, 황련, 황백, 고삼, 사상자, 지부자, 황금, 단삼 천연물 약재 혼합물을 첨가하여 발효시킨, 유용미생물의 균형을 통한 염증 질환의 예방과 치료에 도움을 주는 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Description
본 발명은 세균성 염증 질환의 예방 및 치료에 효과가 있는 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물에 대한 것이다.
생식, 배변, 호흡 기관은 습하고 따뜻한 환경 때문에, 세균과 곰팡이가 서식할 수 있으며 그로 인한 염증 질환의 발생 가능성이 크다. 보통은 생식, 배변, 호흡 기관 내부에 유산균이 서식하면서 내부를 pH3.2 정도의 약산성으로 만들어 세균과 곰팡이의 증식을 억제한다. 그러나 질병, 노화, 호르몬 변화 등의 이유로 생식, 배변, 호흡 기관 내부의 유산균 균형이 깨질 경우 세균과 곰팡이 등에 의한 염증 질환이 발생하게 된다.

상기 단계(f) 후 상기 청결제 조성물을 코팅한 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품을 2차 건조하는 단계(g);를 포함하여 세균성 염증 질환 예방과 치료에 효과가 있는 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 세균성 염증 질환 예방과 치료에 효과가 있는 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물에 대하여 하기에서 구체적으로 설명하고자 한다.
[단계(a): 생약재로서 레몬머틀, 뽕잎, 황련, 황백, 고삼, 사상자, 지부자, 황금, 단삼을 각각 세척 및 건조하는 세척건조단계]
본 단계는 생약재로서 레몬머틀, 뽕잎, 황련, 황백, 고삼, 사상자, 지부자, 황금, 단삼을 각각 세척 및 건조하는 단계로서, 바람직하게는 상온의 흐르는 물로 2~3차례 세척하는 것이 좋다. 습도는 50~60% 이하가 되게 건조하여 사용하는 것이 좋다.
[단계(b): 쌀뜨물에 천일염, 현미껍질가루와 청국장에서 추출한 바실러스 낫토(Bacillus natto)외 고초균, 유산균, 효모 등 복합 유용미생물을 넣은 배양액에 레몬머틀, 뽕잎, 황련, 황백, 고삼, 사상자, 지부자, 황금, 단삼 혼합물을 첨가하여 발효하는 단계]
본 단계는 상기 단계(a) 후, 2리터의 쌀뜨물을 기준으로, 천일염을 0.175~0.25% 넣고, 현미껍질가루를 2~2.5% 넣고, 청국장에서 추출한 바실러스 낫토(Bacillus natto)외 고초균, 유산균, 효모 등 복합 유용미생물을 0.175~0.25% 넣은 배양액에, 레몬머틀, 뽕잎, 황련, 황백, 고삼, 사상자, 지부자, 황금, 단삼 혼합물을 첨가하여 38~42℃의 온도에 약 7일간 유해균 침입의 방지를 위해 외부와 밀폐된 발효기 또는 발효실에서 발효시키는 것이다.
이때 첨가하는 천연물 약재의 중량비는 2리터의 쌀뜨물을 기준으로, 레몬머틀 0.6~1.25%, 뽕잎 0.6~1.25%, 황련 0.4~0.5%, 황백 0.5~0.75%, 고삼 0.5~0.75%, 사상자 0.5~0.75%, 지부자 0.5~0.75%, 황금 1.5~2%, 단삼 0.5~0.75%가 되게 하는 것이 바람직하다. 물론 첨가하는 천연물 약재는 일정 크기로 자르거나 분쇄함으로 발효 시에 약리성분의 추출과 숙성을 좋게 할 수 있다.
[단계(c): 청결제 조성물을 희석하는 단계]
본 단계는 상기 단계(b) 후, 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재청결제 조성물을 심층수와 1:10으로 희석하는 하는 것이다. 물론, 용질을 희석하는 용매를 제한하는 것은 아니며, 해양심층수, 지하수, 지하암반수, 수도물로 희석할 수도 있고 정제수, 음이온수, 알칼리수, 전해환원수, 수소수, 지장수 등 알려진 다양한 용매로 희석할 수 있을 것이다.
[단계(d): 청결제 조성물을 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품 전체에 1차 코팅하는 단계]
본 단계는 상기 단계(c) 후, 상기 희석한 청결재 조성물을 생리대, 아기 귀저기, 요실금 패드, 중환자의 대소변 패드, 마스크, 화장지 등과 같은 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품 전체에 안개입자로 분무하여 표면에 1차 코팅하는 것이다.
[단계(e): 청결제 조성물을 코팅한 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품을 1차 건조하는 단계]
본 단계는 상기 단계(d) 후, 청결재 조성물이 1차 코팅된 제품을 42~44℃에서 습도가 0%가 될 때까지 1차 건조하는 것이다.
[단계(f): 청결제 조성물을 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품의 피부접촉부에 2차 코팅하는 단계]
본 단계는 상기 단계(e) 후, 상기 1차 건조한 생리대, 아기 귀저기, 요실금 패드, 중환자의 대소변 패드, 마스크, 화장지 등과 같은 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품의 피부접촉부에 안개입자로 분무하여 표면에 2차 코팅하는 것이다.
[단계(g): 청결제 조성물을 코팅한 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품을 2차 건조하는 단계]
본 단계는 상기 단계(f) 후, 청결재 조성물이 2차 코팅된 제품을 42~44℃에서 습도가 2~3%가 될 때까지 2차 건조하는 것으로, 이처럼 코팅, 건조된 본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물은 코팅 부위의 습도가 8~10% 이상이 되어야 휴면상태에 있던 유용미생물이 활동하게 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물은 액상형 제형을 부직포, 펄프 등의 직물에 코팅, 건조하여 생리대, 아기 귀저기, 요실금 패드, 중환자 대소변 패드, 마스크, 화장지의 형태로 적용되는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 액상형, 스프레이형, 폼형, 고형, 젤형, 캅셀형, 분말형의 비누이거나 세정제이거나 화장품의 형태로 적용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물에 통상적으로 알려진 방법에 의해 당업자가 식품 첨가제를 선택 배합하여 건강식품의 형태로 적용할 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명에 의한 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물은 그 사용이 부직포, 펄프 등의 직물에 코팅하여 생리대, 아기 귀저기, 요실금 패드, 중환자 대소변 패드, 마스크, 화장지의 형태로만 제한되는 것이 아니며, 상기와 같이 본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 비누, 세정제, 화장품, 건강식품 등 다양한 형태로 적용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물은, 생식, 배변, 호흡 기관에 유용미생물이 증식 우점되게 함으로, 염증의 원인이 되는 유산균 등 유용미생물의 불균형을 해결하는 방식으로 세균성 염증 질환을 예방하고 치료하는 것을 특징으로 갖는다.
따라서 생식, 배변, 호흡 기관의 세균성 염증 질환의 예방과 치료를 위한 종래의 멸균 방식이 유용미생물까지도 멸균시켰던 부작용 또한 해결하는 특징을 갖는다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물의 제조단계를 개략적으로 나타내는 순서도이다.
이하, 본 발명의 세균성 염증 질환 예방과 치료에 효과가 있는 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물에 대해 하기 실시예와 실험예를 통해 더욱 상세히 설명하고자 한다. 물론, 본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물의 권리범위가 하기 실시예에만 한정되는 것은 아니다.
[실시예 1: 본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물이 코팅된 생리대]
생약재로서 레몬머틀, 뽕잎, 황련, 황백, 고삼, 사상자, 지부자, 황금, 단삼을 각각 상온의 흐르는 물로 3차례 세척하였고, 바람이 잘 통하는 건조실에서 습도가 50% 이하가 되게 건조해서 준비했으며;
2리터의 쌀뜨물에, 천일염을 5g을 넣고, 현미껍질가루를 50g을 넣고, 청국장에서 추출한 바실러스 낫토(Bacillus natto)외 고초균, 유산균, 효모 등 복합 유용미생물을 5g 넣은 배양액을 준비하고;
상기 배양액에 레몬머틀 25g, 뽕잎 25g, 황련 10g, 황백 15g, 고삼 15g, 사상자 15g, 지부자 15g, 황금 40g, 단삼 15g이 되는 혼합물을 분쇄해서 첨가하여 38℃의 온도에 7일간 유해균 침입의 방지를 위해 외부와 밀폐된 발효기 또는 발효실에서 발효시켰고;
이렇게 발효시킨 상기 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물을 심층수와 1:10으로 희석해서;
생리대 전체에 안개분무하여 1차 코팅 후 44℃의 건조실에서 습도가 0%가 되게 1차 건조하였으며, 생리대의 피부접촉부에 안개분무하여 2차 코팅 후 44℃의 건조실에서 습도가 2~3%가 되게 2차 건조하여 본 발명에 의한 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물의 한 가지 실시예를 시현하였다.
[비교 실시예 1: 일반 생리대]
시중에서 일반적으로 구매할 수 있는 생리대를 준비했다.
[비교 실시예 2: 항균 생리대]
시중에서 일반적으로 구매할 수 있는 생리대의 피부접촉부에
세균성 질염(Bacterial vaginotis), 칸디다성 질염(Candida vaginotis), 트리코모나스 질염(Trishomonas vaginotis), 위축성 질염(Atrophic vaginotis) 등에 항균 효과를 갖는 포비돈 요오드(povidone-iodine) 10% 성분의 세정액을 도포하여 준비했다.
[실험예: 관능검사]
실험결과, 상기 표 1과 같이 본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물이 코팅된 생리대는 냄새, 피부반응 등 관능검사에서 일반 생리대, 항균 생리대 보다 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.
본 발명의 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물은 생식, 배변, 호흡 기관에 유용미생물이 증식 우점되게 함으로, 염증의 원인이 되는 유산균 등 유용미생물의 불균형을 해결하는 방식으로 세균성 염증 질환의 예방과 치료가 가능하게 된다.
또한, 생식, 배변, 호흡 기관의 세균성 염증 질환의 예방과 치료를 위한 종래의 멸균 방식이 유용미생물까지도 멸균시켰던 부작용을 해결하게 된다.

Claims (4)
- 생약재로서 레몬머틀, 뽕잎, 황련, 황백, 고삼, 사상자, 지부자, 황금, 단삼을 각각 세척 및 건조하는 세척건조단계(a);
상기 단계(a) 후, 쌀뜨물에 천일염, 현미껍질가루와 청국장에서 추출한 바실러스 낫토(Bacillus natto)외 고초균, 유산균, 효모 등 복합 유용미생물을 넣은 배양액에 레몬머틀, 뽕잎, 황련, 황백, 고삼, 사상자, 지부자, 황금, 단삼 혼합물을 첨가하여 발효하는 단계(b);
상기 단계(b) 후 상기 청결제 조성물을 희석하는 단계(c);
상기 단계(c) 후 상기 청결제 조성물을 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품 전체에 1차 코팅하는 단계(d);
상기 단계(d) 후 상기 청결제 조성물을 코팅한 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품을 1차 건조하는 단계(e);
상기 단계(e) 후 상기 청결제 조성물을 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품의 피부접촉부에 2차 코팅하는 단계(f);
상기 단계(f) 후 상기 청결제 조성물을 코팅한 패드형 또는 삽입형 또는 팬티형 또는 마스크형 또는 티슈형 제품을 2차 건조하는 단계(g);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,

- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 비누, 세정제, 화장품, 건강식품은 액상형, 스프레이형, 품형, 고형, 젤형, 캅셀형, 분말형인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유용미생물로 발효한 천연물 약재 청결제 조성물.
