Claims (22)
- 살생물제의 생산 방법으로서,
차아염소산염 산화제 용액의 스트림과 암모늄염 용액의 스트림을 출발 비율로 혼합 챔버에서 혼합하는 단계;
상기 스트림들 중 하나의 유속은 일정하게 유지하고, 상기 스트림들 중 나머지 하나의 유속은 점진적으로 증가시키거나 감소시키는 단계; 및
상기 살생물제의 변성 없이 달성할 수 있는 상기 살생물제의 수율에 도달한 때를 나타내는 상기 혼합 챔버를 떠나는 스트림에서 제어 변수의 값을 모니터링하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제어 변수는 상기 수율에 도달하는 때의 시점에서 최소값을 갖는 가변적인 값을 가지며,
상기 제어 변수는 산화-환원 전위(ORP)이고, 그리고
상기 암모늄염 용액은 상기 차아염소산염 산화제 용액과 혼합되기 전에 적어도 9의 pH를 갖는, 살생물제의 생산 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차아염소산염 산화제는 차아염소산 나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차아염소산염 산화제 용액은 8-18%의 스톡 용액을 사용 직전에 물로 희석하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차아염소산염 산화제 용액은 1,000 내지 20,000ppm의 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 차아염소산염 산화제 용액은 3,500 내지 7,000ppm의 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

상기 살생물제의 변성 없이 달성할 수 있는 상기 살생물제의 수율을 달성하기 위하여 상기 차아염소산염 산화제 또는 상기 암모늄염의 유속을 조정하도록 구성된 제어 유닛;을 포함하며
상기 제어 변수는 상기 수율에 도달하는 때의 시점에서 최소값을 가지는 가변적인 값을 가지며,
상기 제어 변수는 산화-환원 전위(ORP)이고, 그리고
