Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 도금 강판에 있어서의 내부 산화층의 평균 깊이 d를 측정하기 위한 설명도이다.
도 3은 연질층의 평균 깊이 D를 결정하기 위해서 이용한, 비커스 경도의 측정 위치를 설명하는 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 소지 강판의 표면에, 용융 아연도금층 또는 합금화 용융 아연도금층을 갖는 도금 강판으로서,
(1) 상기 소지 강판은, 질량%로,
C: 0.08∼0.30%,
Si: 0.25∼3%,
Mn: 1.5∼4%,
P: 0% 초과 0.1% 이하,
S: 0% 초과 0.05% 이하,
Al: 0.005∼1%, 및
N: 0% 초과 0.01% 이하를 함유하고,
잔부가 철 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지며,
(2) 상기 소지 강판과 상기 도금층의 계면으로부터 소지 강판측을 향하여 순서대로,
Si 및 Mn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 산화물을 포함하는 내부 산화층과,
상기 내부 산화층을 포함하는 층이고, 또한 상기 소지 강판의 판 두께를 t로 했을 때 비커스 경도가 상기 소지 강판의 t/4부에 있어서의 비커스 경도의 90% 이하를 만족하는 연질층과,
마텐자이트 및 베이나이트: 20면적% 이상 60면적% 미만과 폴리고날 페라이트: 40면적% 초과 80면적% 이하를 포함하는 경질층
을 갖고, 또한
상기 연질층의 평균 깊이 D가 20μm 이상, 및
상기 내부 산화층의 평균 깊이 d가 4μm 이상 상기 D 미만
을 만족하며, 인장 강도가 980MPa 이상인 고강도 도금 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소지 강판은, 질량%로, 이하의 (a)∼(c) 중 적어도 하나를 추가로 함유하는 고강도 도금 강판.
(a) Cr: 0% 초과 1% 이하, Mo: 0% 초과 1% 이하, 및 B: 0% 초과 0.01% 이하로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종
(b) Ti: 0% 초과 0.2% 이하, Nb: 0% 초과 0.2% 이하, 및 V: 0% 초과 0.2% 이하로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종
(c) Cu: 0% 초과 1% 이하, 및 Ni: 0% 초과 1% 이하로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 내부 산화층의 평균 깊이 d와 상기 연질층의 평균 깊이 D는 D>2d의 관계를 만족하는 고강도 도금 강판. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 내부 산화층의 평균 깊이 d와 상기 연질층의 평균 깊이 D는 D>2d의 관계를 만족하는 고강도 도금 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고강도 도금 강판을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 소지 강판의 강 중 성분을 만족하는 강판을, 600℃ 이상의 온도에서 권취하는 열연 공정과,
내부 산화층의 평균 깊이 d가 4μm 이상 남도록 산세·냉간 압연하는 공정과,
산화대에서, 0.9∼1.4의 공기비에서 산화하는 공정과,
환원대에서, (Ac1점+30℃)∼Ac3점의 범위에서 유지하여 균열하는 공정과,
균열 후, 냉각 정지 온도까지의 범위를 5℃/초 이상의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각하는 공정을 이 순서로 포함하는 고강도 도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고강도 도금 강판을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 소지 강판의 강 중 성분을 만족하는 강판을, 500℃ 이상의 온도에서 권취하는 열연 공정과,
500℃ 이상의 온도에서 80분 이상 보온하는 공정과,
내부 산화층의 평균 깊이 d가 4μm 이상 남도록 산세·냉간 압연하는 공정과,
산화대에서, 0.9∼1.4의 공기비에서 산화하는 공정과,
환원대에서, (Ac1점+30℃)∼Ac3점의 범위에서 유지하여 균열하는 공정과,
균열 후, 냉각 정지 온도까지의 범위를 5℃/초 이상의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각하는 공정
을 이 순서로 포함하는 고강도 도금 강판의 제조 방법.
