Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배관 접합부 검사장치를 이용한 검사방법을 보인 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배관 접합부 검사장치에 의해 배관 접합부가 없는 지점에서 음향가진 후 얻은 음향신호를 보인 그래프이다.
도 4는 도 3에 대한 주파수 분석 결과를 보인 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배관 접합부 검사장치에 의해 배관 접합부가 있는 지점에서 음향가진 후 얻은 음향신호를 보인 그래프이다.

Claims (7)
- 배관을 타격하여 음향가진을 발생시키는 타격부;
상기 타격부와 이격 배치되고, 상기 타격부에서 발생된 음향가진을 수신하는 수신부; 및
상기 수신부에 수신된 신호에 대한 주파수를 분석하여 불량 여부를 검출하는 신호분석부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 접합부 검사장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 타격부는 본체;
상기 본체의 내부에 이동 가능하게 구비되는 타격부재; 및
상기 타격부재가 상기 배관을 타격하도록 반발력을 제공하는 타격작동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 접합부 검사장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수신부는 마이크로폰 또는 가속도센서 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 접합부 검사장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 타격부는 상기 수신부가 상기 타격부로부터 일정 간격 이격되도록 지지하는 이격지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 접합부 검사장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 이격지지부는 상기 타격부와 상기 수신부의 이격거리가 가변되도록 길이가 가변되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 접합부 검사장치.
- (a) 배관의 제1지점에 음향가진을 발생시켜 음향신호를 수신하는 단계;
(b) 상기 배관의 제2지점에 음향가진을 발생시켜 음향신호를 수신하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 제1지점과 상기 제2지점에서 수신된 신호에 대한 주파수를 분석하는 불량 여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 접합부 검사장치를 이용한 검사방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 (c)단계는 주파수 분석 결과 얻어지는 공진주파수 값들의 차이에 대한 절대값을 이용하여 접합부 불량정도를 계산하고, 기 설정된 불량정도 기준과 비교하여 접합부 불량 유무를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 접합부 검사장치를 이용한 검사방법.
