Claims (1)
- 도 1의 단방향 TVS 다이오드와 전해콘덴서의 직렬 조합 회로 방식을 기본 회로로 하고, 응용 회로로 도 2의 양방향 TVS 다이오드와 전해콘덴서의 기력 조합회로에 다이오드와 저항을 통한 방전 회로방식, 도 3의 단방향 TVS 다이오드에 전해콘덴서 방향으로 순방향 다이오드 삽입 후 전해콘덴서와 직렬 연결에 다이오드와 저항을 통한 방전 회로 방식의 서지 보호 회로로 LED 구동용 싱글스테이지 컨버터, LED 구동용 AC DRIVE IC 사용 회로, LED 구동용 트랜스 없는 파워, AC를 직접 입력하는 LED LAMP 회로 등의 BRIDGE 다이오드 DC 출력측 +,-에 연결하여 사용하는 DC용 서지 보호회로.
