Claims (6)
- 기존 포장 상부에 아스팔트를 덧씌우는 방법으로서,
상기 기존 포장 상부의 이물을 제거하여 청소하는 단계;
상기 기존 포장 상부에 아스팔트 유제(asphalt emulsion)를 넓게 도포하는 단계;
상기 아스팔트 유제가 도포된 상기 기존 포장 상부에 세골재를 고루 포설하는 단계;
상기 세골재가 포설된 상기 기존 포장 상부에 아스팔트를 포설하고 다짐하여 아스팔트를 덧씌우는 단계를 포함하는, 아스팔트 덧씌우기 시공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기존 포장은,
연속된 세로 방향 철근이 배근된 연속철근 콘크리트 포장(CRCP: Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 아스팔트 덧씌우기 시공 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 아스팔트를 덧씌우는 단계의 상기 아스팔트는 3cm 이하의 두께로 덧씌우기 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 아스팔트 덧씌우기 시공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세골재는,
6mm 이하의 단입도 골재인 것을 특징으로 하는, 아스팔트 덧씌우기 시공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아스팔트 유제를 넓게 도포하는 단계의 상기 아스팔트 유제는 0.3 ~ 0.64L/m2의 양으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 아스팔트 덧씌우기 시공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세골재를 고루 포설하는 단계의 상기 세골재는 4.0 ~ 4.5kg/m2의 양으로 포설되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 아스팔트 덧씌우기 시공 방법.
