Claims (12)
- 자동차의 연료 셀 조립체용 밸브 장치로서,
하우징 내에 배치된 흐름 덕트, 흐름 단면에 영향을 주는 플랩으로서, 상기 플랩은 스핀들에 고정되고, 상기 스핀들은 상기 하우징 내에서 회전가능하게 장착되는, 상기 플랩, 상기 플랩을 구동하는 구동부, 상기 흐름 덕트 내에 배열된 밸브 안착부, 및 상기 플랩의 반경방향 원주 에지 상에 배열된 밀봉부를 포함하고, 상기 밀봉부는, 상기 스핀들이 소정의 각도로 상기 플랩을 통과하도록, 상기 플랩이 폐쇄된 위치에서 상기 밸브 안착부와 접촉하고, 상기 밀봉부(11)는 환형 베이스 몸체(15)를 구비하고, 상기 베이스 몸체(15)는 적어도 하나의 개구(13)를 구비하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 개구(13)는 상기 플랩(8)의 재료로 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부(11)는 2개 내지 10개, 바람직하게는 3개 내지 6개의 개구(13)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부(11)는 상기 밀봉부(11)의 주변부에 대칭적으로 분포된 홀수 개의 개구(13)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부는 짝수 개의 개구(13)를 구비하고, 상기 개구(13)는 상기 플랩(8)의 회전시 최대 각도 편향을 갖는 2개의 영역(19)에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 개구(13)는 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 개구(13)는 아치형인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 개구(13)는 직선 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부(11)의 내부 윤곽(17)은 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부(11)의 내부 윤곽(17)은 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부(11)는 엘라스토머 또는 PTFE로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플랩(8)은 사출 성형물인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 밀봉부를 갖는 밸브 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,
- 적어도 하나의 개구를 갖는 밀봉부를 사출 성형 기계의 몰드 내에 배치하는 단계,
- 상기 몰드를 폐쇄하는 단계,
- 플라스틱 재료를 상기 몰드 내로 사출하여 상기 플라스틱 재료를 상기 몰드에 충전하고 이에 따라 상기 밀봉부 내 개구를 충전하는 단계, 및
- 상기 몰드로부터 상기 플랩을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 장치를 제조하는 방법.
