- 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터에 있어서,
2층의 먼지 포집 구조로 형성된 제1여과층;
무정형의 활성탄으로 형성된 가스 흡착층;
섬유들의 결합으로 생긴 무정형의 기공이 형성된 제2여과층;
상기 에어 필터의 물리적 형태를 유지하는 커버층;을 포함하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가스 흡착층은 상기 제1여과층 및 상기 제2여과층과의 사이에 바인더가 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2여과층은 폴리프로필렌(poly propylene)로 이루어진 장섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 장섬유는 직경이 5~150um인 섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제1항에 있어서,

먼지 제거를 위한 제1여과층과 제2여과층 사이에 가스 흡착을 위한 가스 흡착층이 형성되고, 상기 제2여과층의 상부에는 상기 에어 필터의 물리적 형태를 유지하는 커버층이 형성되는 것으로,
상기 제1여과층의 성분은 AL508이고,
상기 제2여과층의 성분은 AL508과 TAC2000인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제1여과층의 전체 무게는 710g/m2 이고, 상기 전체 무게 중 챠콜 무게는 500g/m2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제1여과층의 두께는 2.1~2.6mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제1여과층의 공기 투과도는 20~45cc/cm2/sec 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제2여과층의 전체 무게는 810g/m2 이고, 상기 전체 무게 중 챠콜 무게는 500g/m2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제2여과층의 두께는 3.5~4.2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제2여과층의 공기 투과도는 15~30cc/cm2/sec 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터. - 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터의 제조 방법에 있어서,
건식 부직포 (dry laid) 공법을 이용하여 2층의 먼지 포집 구조로 형성되는 제1여과층을 제조하는 단계;
스캐터링(scattering)공법을 이용하여 무정형의 활성탄으로 형성된 가스 흡착층을 제조하는 단계;
멜트 블로운(melt blown) 공법을 이용하여 섬유들의 결합으로 생긴 무정형의 기공이 형성된 제2여과층을 제조하는 단계;
스펀본드(spunbond) 공법을 이용하여 상기 에어 필터의 물리적 형태를 유지하는 커버층을 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터의 제조 방법. - 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터의 작동 방법에 있어서,
외부에서 유입된 공기에 포함된 먼지를 2층의 먼지 포집 구조로 형성된 제1여과층에서 1차로 제거하는 단계;
무정형의 활성탄으로 형성된 가스 흡착층에서 상기 제1여과층에서 제거되지 않은 가스를 흡착하는 단계;
상기 가스 흡착층을 통과한 공기 중의 미세 먼지를 무정형의 기공이 형성된 제2여과층에서 제거하는 단계;
를 포함하는 연료전지 자동차용 에어 필터의 작동 방법.
