Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 제2 양태에 따른 HVAC 시스템의 일부의 바람직한 실시예의 사시도를 도시하고.
도 2는 도 1의 HVAC 시스템의 액츄에이터의 바람직한 실시예의 사시도를 도시하고;
도 3은 본 발명의 제1 양태에 따른 HVAC 시스템용 액츄에이터를 제어하는 방법의 바람직한 실시예의 개략도를 도시한다.
Claims (10)
- HVAC 시스템의 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법으로서,
a] HVAC 시스템의 기류 방향 제어 메카니즘의 적어도 하나의 가동 부재의 위치를 결정하는 단계; 및
b] 상기 가동 부재가 상기 기류 방향 제어 요소의 요구된 위치와 관련된 타켓 위치에 있는지 여부를 연산하고, 타겟 위치에 있지 않으면, 상기 가동 부재의 위치에 변화에 영향을 주기 위하여 HVAC 시스템의 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터를 작동시켜, 상기 기류 방향 제어 요소를 상기 요구된 위치로 또는 상기 요구된 위치를 향하여 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는, 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 단계 b] 이후에
c] 상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터의 작동을 따라 상기 가동 부재의 변화된 위치를 결정하는 단계;
d] 상기 가동 부재의 변화된 위치를 타겟 위치와 비교하는 단계, 및
i] 상기 가동 부재가 상기 타겟 위치에 있는 경우, 상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터를 작동중지 하며, 상기 타겟 위치에 있지 않다면
ii] 단계 b] 내지 d]를 반복하는 단계
를 더 포함하는, 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 가동 부재는 상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터의 회전자 또는 구동 샤프트를 포함하는, 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기류 방향 제어 요소는 상기 HVAC 시스템의 벤트 플랩(vent flap)인, 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 단계 b] 동안, 상기 가동 부재가 상기 타겟 위치에 있지 않다면, 상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터에 전류를 공급하고; 상기 가동 부재가 상기 타겟 위치에 있다면, 상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터에 전류를 제공하지 않는, 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 단계 b] 동안, 상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터로의 전류는 상기 가동 부재의 위치의 변화가 결정될 때까지 램핑되는(ramped), 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 단계 b] 이전에 상기 가동 부재의 작동을 초래하기에 필요한 최소 전류를 결정하기 위하여 상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터로의 전류를 모니터링하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법.
- HVAC 시스템으로서:
기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터;
상기 액츄에이터에 의해 작동되도록 배치된 가동 부재 - 상기 가동 부재는 기류 방향 제어 요소를 포함함 - ;
상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터와 관련된 액츄에이터 위치 센서; 및
상기 액츄에이터 위치 센서와 관련되며 상기 액츄에이터 위치 센서로부터 수신된 측정치를 기초로 상기 가동 부재의 위치를 피드백 제어하도록 배치된 제어기
를 포함하는, HVAC 시스템. - 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는 가역 기어 트레인을 포함하는, HVAC 시스템.
- HVAC 시스템의 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법으로서:
a] 상기 HVAC 시스템의 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치를 결정하는 단계; 및
b] 상기 HVAC 시스템의 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터에 의해 구동되지 않는 경우에 상기 기류 방향 제어 요소가 이동되었는지 여부를 결정하여; 예인 경우, 상기 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치를 변경하도록 상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터의 구동 메카니즘에 전류를 제공하고; 아니오인 경우, 상기 기류 방향 제어기 액츄에이터의 구동 메카니즘에 전류를 제공하지 않는, HVAC 시스템의 기류 방향 제어 요소의 위치 유지 방법.
