도 2는 도 1의 비수계 전지 외장용 적층체를 사용하여 제작한 2차 전지의 일례를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은 도 2의 2차 전지를 제조하는 공정을 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 비수계 전지 외장용 적층체의 제2 실시형태를 나타내는 개략 단면도이다.
도 5는 도 1에 나타내는 전지 외장용 적층체의 제1 변형예를 나타내는 개략 단면도이다.
도 6은 도 1에 나타내는 전지 외장용 적층체의 제2 변형예를 나타내는 개략 단면도이다.
도 7은 도 1에 나타내는 전지 외장용 적층체의 제3 변형예를 나타내는 개략 단면도이다.
Claims (5)
- SUS박과 실란트층이 적층되고,
상기 SUS박의 적어도 상기 실란트층측에 수용성 수지와 불화 금속 화합물을 함유한 수용성 도료를 건조·경화시킨, 두께가 0.05㎛∼1.0㎛인 표면 피복층이 형성되고,
상기 SUS박의 상기 실란트층측과는 반대의 면측에 우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 염화비닐리덴-염화비닐 공중합 수지, 무수 말레산 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 에폭시 수지, 페놀 수지, 페녹시 수지, 불소 수지, 셀룰로오스에스테르 수지, 셀룰로오스에테르 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지, 폴리페닐렌술피드 수지, 폴리아릴에테르 수지, 폴리에테르에테르케톤 수지로 이루어지는 수지군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 수지로 형성된 코팅층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전지 외장용 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층이 유기 용제에 상기 수지를 용해하여 조제된 용제형 도료를 도포·건조시켜 형성된 박막 경화층인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전지 외장용 적층체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층이 무채색 또는 유채색의 착색제에 의해 착색되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전지 외장용 적층체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 도료가 추가로 유기 킬레이트제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전지 외장용 적층체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불화 금속 화합물이 상기 수용성 수지를 가교시키고, 또한 상기 SUS박의 표면을 부동태화하는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전지 외장용 적층체.
