Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- a) 적어도 하나의 모노비닐방향족 화합물, 적어도 하나의 폴리비닐방향족 화합물 및 적어도 하나의 개시제를 포함하는 혼합물로 구성된 단량체 액적을 비드 중합체로 전환시키는 단계 및
b) 단계 a)의 비드 중합체를, 지방족 포화 또는 불포화 카르복실산 무수물의 존재하에 또는 지방족 포화 또는 불포화 카르복실산 무수물과 적어도 하나의 지방족 포화 또는 불포화 카르복실산의 혼합물의 존재하에, 및 적어도 하나의 프리델-크래프트 촉매의 존재하에, 화학식(I)의 화합물 또는 이의 염
(여기서, R1=C1-C3-알킬 또는 H이다) 및 화학식(II)의 화합물
(여기서, n=2 내지 10이다) 과 반응시켜
프탈이미도메틸화된 비드 중합체를 생성하고, 사용된 화학식(I)의 화합물 및 화학식(II)의 화합물, 비드 중합체, 및 지방족 포화 또는 불포화 카르복실산 무수물, 프리델-크래프트 촉매 및 임의의 카르복실산의 양은 반응 혼합물의 총량을 기준으로 하여 반응 혼합물 중에서 함께 80 중량%를 초과하는 것인 단계, 및
c) 프탈이미도메틸화된 비드 중합체를 가수분해하여 아미노메틸화된 비드 중합체를 생성하는 단계
를 특징으로 하는 아미노메틸화된 비드 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 공정 단계 a)에서, 사용된 모노비닐방향족 화합물은 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 비닐톨루엔, 에틸스티렌, t-부틸스티렌, 클로로스티렌, 브로모스티렌, 클로로메틸스티렌 또는 비닐나프탈렌 또는 이들 화합물의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공정 단계 a)에서, 사용된 폴리비닐방향족 화합물은 디비닐벤젠, 디비닐톨루엔 또는 트리비닐벤젠 또는 이들 화합물의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 모노비닐방향족 화합물은 스티렌이고, 사용된 폴리비닐방향족 화합물은 디비닐벤젠인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식(I)의 화합물에서 R1=H 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식(II)의 화합물에서 n=8 내지 30인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 사용된 프리델-크래프트 촉매가 염화철(Ⅲ)과 황산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 사용된 카르복실산 무수물 및 카르복실산은 아세트산 무수물 및 아세트산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 아세트산 무수물 대 아세트산의 비율은 3:1 내지 10:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프리델-크래프트 촉매가 단계 b)에서 화학식(I)의 화합물 몰 당 1 내지 5 몰의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식(I)의 화합물이 공정 단계 b)에서 비드 중합체 그램 당 0.001 내지 0.05 몰의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카르복실산 무수물이 공정 단계 b)에서 화학식(I)의 화합물 몰 당 1.5 내지 4 몰의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식(I)의 화합물이 공정 단계 b)에서 화학식(II)의 화합물 그램 당 0.01 내지 0.05 몰의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포로젠이 단계 a)에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공정 단계 b)에서, 사용된 화학식(I)의 화합물, 화학식(II)의 화합물, 비드 중합체, 지방족 포화 또는 불포화 카르복실산 무수물, 프리델-크래프트 촉매 및 임의의 카르복실산의 양은 반응 혼합물의 총량을 기준으로 하여 반응 혼합물 중에서 함께 95 중량% 초과의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
