Abstract
본 발명은, 비표면적이 1.50 내지 2.50mm2/mg 및 중량이 10∼50mg이며, 특히 수중 붕해 시간이 7초 이하이고, 구강 내 붕해 시간이 5초 이하와 같은 구강 내 붕해 정제, 상기 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법, 및, 상기 제조 방법에 이용하는 붕해성 입자 조성물 등에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 비표면적이 1.50 내지 2.50mm2/mg 및 중량이 10∼50mg인, 구강 내 붕해 정제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
직경이 4mm 이하이며, 제형이 모서리가 둥근 평평한 정제(隅丸平錠)인, 구강 내 붕해 정제. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
정제 경도가 10N∼21N인, 구강 내 붕해 정제. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수중 붕해 시간이 7초 이하이고, 구강 내 붕해 시간이 5초 이하인, 구강 내 붕해 정제. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
산형(酸型) 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스로 이루어진 제1의 붕해제 성분, 결정 셀룰로오스를 포함하며, 탄산수소염을 포함하지 않는, 구강 내 붕해 정제. - 붕해성 입자 조성물을 약효 성분과 혼합하고, 얻어진 혼합물을 타정하는 것을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
붕해성 입자 조성물을 제조할 때 습식(濕式) 조립(造粒) 공정을 포함하는 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
붕해성 입자 조성물을 제조할 때 2단(二段) 조립 공정을 포함하는, 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법. - 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
2 내지 3kN의 타정압축력을 가하여 타정하는, 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법. - 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법에 이용하는, 산형 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스로 이루어진 제1의 붕해제 성분을 포함하는 붕해성 입자 조성물.
