Claims (16)
- (A) 마테, 어성초, 팔각 및 미역을 혼합 및 분쇄 하는 단계;
(B) 상기 단계(A)의 혼합 분쇄 산물을 열수 추출하는 단계;
(C) 상기 단계(B)의 추출물을 효모 및 유산균을 이용하여 발효시키는 단계; 및
(D) 상기 단계(C)의 발효 산물을 농축 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하는, 복합발효추출물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마테, 어성초, 팔각 및 미역 혼합물은 마테 30~70중량%, 어성초 10~40 중량%, 팔각 10~40 중량% 및 미역 0.1~10 중량%를 포함하는 것인, 복합발효추출물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 효모는 사카로마이세스 세레비지애(Saccharomyces serevisiae)인, 복합발효추출물의 제조방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 사카로마이세스 세레비지애(Saccharomyces serevisiae)는 사카로마이세스 세레비지애 113-4(KCTC12092BP)인, 복합발효추출물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유산균은 락토바실러스 플란타륨(Lactobacillus Plantarum)인, 복합발효추출물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 발효 단계(C)는,
(i) 상기 단계(B)의 추출물에 효모 및 유산균을 접종하는 단계;
(ii) 상기 단계(i)의 의 균접종 추출물을 유산균 발효시키는 단계; 및
(iii) 상기 단계(ii)의 유산균 발효 추출물을 효모 발효시키는 단계;를 포함하는, 복합발효 추출물의 제조방법. - 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 유산균 발효는 0.1% 유산균 접종, 30~37℃에서 3~24시간 동안 발효하는 것인, 복합발효추출물의 제조방법. - 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 효모 발효는 1% 효모 접종, 15 ~ 25℃에서 3~24 시간 동안 발효하는 것인, 복합발효추출물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 농축된 발효산물의 당도가 5~30 브릭스(Brix)인, 복합발효추출물의 제조방법. - 마테, 어성초, 팔각 및 미역의 발효추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 복합발효추출물.
- 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 복합발효추출물은 혼합물은 마테 발효추출물 30~70중량%, 어성초 발효추출물 10~40 중량%, 팔각 발효추출물 10~40 중량% 및 미역 발효추출물 0.1~10 중량% 를 포함하는 것인, 복합발효추출물. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 복합발효추출물은 DPPH 및 ABTS 라디칼 소거활성을 나타내는 것인, 복합발효추출물. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 복합발효추출물은 항산화 효소인 과산화물제거효소-1, 과산화물제거효소-2 및 카탈라아제의 발현을 증진시키는 것인, 복합발효추출물. - 제 10항 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항의 복합발효추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화 화장료 조성물.
- 제 10항 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항의 복합발효추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화 약학적 조성물.
- 제 10항 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항의 복합발효추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화 식품.
