Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 내코로나성 평각권선에서 평면 대비 모서리 피막두께 비율인 에지 커버리지(edge coverage)를 계산하기 위한 참고도면을 도시한 것이다.
도 3은 에지 커버리지가 111%인 내코로나성 평각권선의 단면을 개략적으로 도시한 것이다.

Claims (9)
- 평각도체 및 상기 평각도체를 감싸는 절연층을 포함하는 평각권선으로서,
상기 절연층은 상기 평각도체와 접촉하는 제1 절연층 및 상기 제1 절연층을 감싸는 제2 절연층을 포함하고,
상기 제2 절연층은 고분자 수지 및 상기 수지 내에 분산된 무기입자를 포함하고,
상기 제2 절연층의 두께는 5 내지 40 ㎛인, 내코로나성 평각권선. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연층의 두께는 70 내지 120 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내코로나성 평각권선. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
아래 수학식 1로 정의되는 에지 커버리지가 100 내지 150%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내코로나성 평각권선.

에지 커버리지={평각권선 모서리 부분의 평균 절연두께/평각권선 평면 부분의 평균 절연두께}×100 - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 절연층을 형성하는 수지 조성물은 점도가 5 내지 40 포아즈(poise)이고, 표면장력이 10 내지 50 dyn/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내코로나성 평각권선. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 절연층에 포함된 상기 고분자 수지는 폴리비닐포르말 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 내열성 폴리우레탄 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에스테르 이미드 수지, 폴리아미드 이미드 수지, 폴리이미드 수지 및 폴리아미드 수지로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 수지를 포함하고,
상기 수지 내에 분산된 무기입자의 함량은 상기 제2 절연층의 총 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내코로나성 평각권선. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 무기입자는 실리카, 제올라이트, 알루미나, 이산화티탄, 지르코니아, 이트리아, 운모, 클레이, 산화크롬, 산화아연, 산화철, 산화마그네슘, 산화칼슘, 산화스칸디늄 및 산화바륨으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 하나 이상이고,
상기 무기입자의 크기는 40 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내코로나성 평각권선. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 상기 제2 절연층을 감싸는 제3 절연층을 추가로 포함하고,
상기 제3 절연층은 자기 윤활성 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내코로나성 평각권선. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 자기 윤활성 수지가 자기 윤활성 폴리아미드 이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내코로나성 평각권선. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 절연층은 폴리비닐포르말 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 내열성 폴리우레탄 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에스테르 이미드 수지, 폴리아미드 이미드 수지, 폴리이미드 수지 및 폴리아미드 수지로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 고분자 수지, 및
상기 고분자 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 멜라민계 밀착제, 아민계 밀착제, 메르캅탄계 밀착제 및 폴리카르보디이미드 밀착제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 밀착제 1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내코로나성 평각권선.
