Claims (9)
- 특히 과급 공기 냉각기인 적층 플레이트 열 교환기(1)로서,
고온 냉각수 회로(HT) 및 저온 냉각수 회로(NT)를 구비하고, 서로 위아래로 적층되며 한 편으로는 상기 고온 냉각수 회로(HT) 및 상기 저온 냉각수 회로(NT)에서 상이한 온도 레벨을 갖는 두 냉각수(3, 4)가, 다른 한 편으로는 냉각될 매체(5), 특히 과급 공기가 통과해 흐르는 열 교환기 플레이트(2)를 구비하며,
상기 열 교환기 플레이트(2)는 상기 고온 냉각수 회로(HT)를 상기 저온 냉각수 회로(NT)로부터 분리하기 위한 파티션 벽(6)을 포함하고,
상기 고온 냉각수 회로(HT)는 상기 파티션 벽(6)에 인접한 중앙 HT 냉각수 유입구(9)를 포함하고 상기 저온 냉각수 회로(NT)는 유사하게 상기 파티션 벽(6)에 인접한 중앙 NT 냉각수 배출구(10)를 포함하는 것으로 특징지어지는, 적층 플레이트 열 교환기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적층 플레이트 열 교환기(1)는 대응 흐름 냉각기로서 구성되는 것으로 특징지어지는, 적층 플레이트 열 교환기. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 열 교환기 플레이트(2)는 자신이 인접한 열 교환기 플레이트(2)에 납땜되게 하는 주변 업턴드(upturned) 에지(11)를 포함하고, 상기 파티션 벽(6)은 각각의 경우에 상기 길이방향 단부 면에서 상기 에지(11)에 접속되며 상기 에지(11)와 직각으로 만나는 것으로 특징지어지는, 적층 플레이트 열 교환기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 HT 냉각수 유입구(9) 및 상기 NT 냉각수 배출구(10)는 함께 상기 파티션 벽(6)에 의해 분리되는 눈물 형태를 형성하는 것으로 특징지어지는, 적층 플레이트 열 교환기. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 HT 냉각수 유입구(9)는 부분 원형을 갖는 반면, 상기 NT 냉각수 배출구(10)는 삼각형이고 하나의 면(12)은 상기 파티션 벽(6)에 의해 형성되는 것으로 특징지어지는, 적층 플레이트 열 교환기. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 파티션 벽(6)에 인접하게 놓이지 않은 상기 NT 냉각수 배출구(10)의 두 면(13, 14)은 상기 파티션 벽(6)에 의해 형성된 상기 면(12)에 예각으로 배치되며, 상기 파티션 벽(6)으로부터 멀리 있는 자신의 길이방향 단부에서 원형 조각 부분(15)을 통해 서로 합쳐지는 것으로 특징지어지는, 적층 플레이트 열 교환기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 NT 냉각수(4)를 편향시키는 장애물(16)이 상기 원형 조각 부분(15)의 영역 내에 배치되는 것으로 특징지어지는, 적층 플레이트 열 교환기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 HT 냉각수 유입구(9)의 외부 윤곽은 정렬된 방식으로 상기 NT 냉각수 배출구(10)의 외부 윤곽으로 변형되는 것으로 특징지어지는, 적층 플레이트 열 교환기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
HT 냉각수 배출구(18)는 매체 유입구(7), 특히 과급 공기 유입구 둘레에 반원의 형태로 배치되고/되거나,
NT 냉각수 유입구(17)는 매체 배출구(8), 특히 과급 공기 배출구 둘레에 반원 형태로 배치되는 것으로 특징지어지는, 적층 플레이트 열 교환기.
