Claims (20)
- 다음을 포함하는 폴리이미드 형성 조성물:
폴리이미드 프리폴리머;
아민;
C1-6 알코올을 포함하는 용매 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드 프리폴리머가 치환 또는 비치환된 C4-40 비스안하이드라이드 및 치환 또는 비치환된 2가 C1-20 다이아민을 포함하는 폴리이미드 형성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비스안하이드라이드 대 상기 다이아민의 몰비가 1:1 내지 1:1.3인 폴리이미드 형성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이아민 대 상기 비스안하이드라이드의 몰비가 1:1 내지 1:1.3인 폴리이미드 형성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 2차 아민, 3차 아민, 또는 상술한 것의 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합을 포함하며, 바람직하게는 3차 아민을 포함하며, 더욱 바람직하게는, 상기 아민이 다음 화학식의 2차 또는 3차 아민인 폴리이미드 형성 조성물;

각각의 Ra, Rb, 및 Rc는 동일하거나 또는 다르며 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-18 히드로카르빌 또는 수소이고(단, Ra, Rb, 및 Rc 가 수소인 경우는 하나 이하이며),
바람직하게는 각각의 Ra, Rb, 및 Rc는 동일하거나 또는 다르며 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-12 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-12 아릴, 또는 수소이며(단, Ra, Rb, 및 Rc 가 수소인 것 경우는 하나 이하이며),
더욱 바람직하게는 각각의 Ra, Rb, 및 Rc는 동일하거나 또는 다르며 비치환 C1-6 알킬 또는 1, 2, 또는 3개의 히드록실기, 할로겐기, 니트릴기, 니트로기, 시아노기, C1-6 알콕시기, 또는 화학식 -NRdRe의 아미노기로 치환된 C1-6 알킬이고, 여기서 각각의 Rd 및 Re은 동일하거나 또는 다르며 C1-6 알킬 또는 C1-6 알콕시이며; 및
가장 바람직하게는, 각각의 Ra, Rb, 및 Rc는 동일하거나 또는 다르며 비치환 C1-4 알킬 또는 하나의 히드록실기, 할로겐기, 니트릴기, 니트로기, 시아노기, 또는 C1-3 알콕시기로 치환된 C1-4 알킬이고;
가장 바람직하게는, 상기 아민은 트리에틸아민, 트리메틸아민, 다이메틸에탄올아민, 다이에탄올아민, 또는 상술한 것의 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합을 포함한다. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올, 이소프로판올, 또는 상술한 것의 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합을 포함하며; 및 여기서 상기 용매는 1 wt% 미만의 클로로벤젠, 다이클로로벤젠, 다이클로로메탄, 크레졸, 다이메틸 아세트아마이드, 베라트롤, 피리딘, 니트로벤젠, 메틸 벤조에이트, 벤조니트릴, 아세토페논, n-부틸 아세테이트, 2-에톡시에탄올, 2-n-부톡시에탄올, 다이메틸 술폭사이드, 아니솔, 테트라히드로퓨란, 사이클로펜타논, 감마-부티로락톤, N,N-다이메틸 포름아마이드, N-메틸 피롤리돈, 또는 상술한 것의 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합을 포함하는 폴리이미드 형성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 1 wt% 미만의 물을 더 포함하거나, 또는 물이 없는 폴리이미드 형성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 C1-6 알코올:물의 중량비 1:100 내지 100:1, 바람직하게는 1:10 내지 10:1, 더욱 바람직하게는 1:2 내지 2:1, 더더욱 바람직하게는 1:1.1 내지 1.1:1로 물을 더 포함하는 폴리이미드 형성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 전체 중량 기준으로,
상기 폴리이미드 프리폴리머를 1 내지 90 wt%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 80 wt%, 더욱 바람직하게는 10 내지 70 wt%;
상기 용매를 10 내지 99 wt%, 바람직하게는 20 내지 95 wt%, 더욱 바람직하게는 30 내지 90 wt%, 및
상기 아민을 0.001 내지 50 wt%, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 30 wt%, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 15 wt% 포함하는 폴리이미드 형성 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5 그램 이하의 상기 아민이 상기 폴리이미드 프리폴리머 1 그램을 탈이온수에서 용해시키기에 효과적인 폴리이미드 형성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프리폴리머의 건조 중량 및 상기 아민의 결합 중량 기준으로 상기 아민을 5 내지 50 wt%, 또는 상기 아민을 8 내지 40 wt%, 또는 상기 아민을 9 내지 35 wt% 포함하는 폴리이미드 형성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이미드 가교제, 분지화제, 안료, 나노크기 충전제, 평균 입자 직경 0.1 내지 250 마이크로미터를 갖는 미립자 폴리머, 또는 상술한 것의 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합을 더 포함하는 폴리이미드 형성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 적어도 어느 한 항의 폴리이미드 형성 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서, 다음 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법:
용매 중에서 치환 또는 비치환된 C4-40 비스안하이드라이드를 가열시키는 단계로서, 상기 용매는, 상기 비스안하이드라이드를 용해시키기 위한 C1-6 알코올을 포함하거나, 상기 비스안하이드라이드를 용해시키기 위한 C1-6 알코올로 본질적으로 이루어지거나, 또는 바람직하게는 상기 비스안하이드라이드를 용해시키기 위한 C1-6 알코올로 이루어지는 단계;
폴리이미드 프리폴리머를 형성하기에 효과적인 조건 하에서 치환 또는 비치환된 2가 C1-20 다이아민을 첨가하는 단계; 및
상기 C1-6 알코올 중에서, 상기 C1-6 알코올 및 탈이온수의 용액 중에서, 또는 탈이온수 중에서, 상기 폴리이미드 프리폴리머를 가용화하기에 효과적인 양의 아민을 첨가하는 단계;
바람직하게는 상기 가열 단계는 대기압에서 상기 C1-6 알코올의 끓는점과 같은 온도에서 이거나, 또는 대기압보다 큰 압력에서 100℃보다 높은 온도에서 이다. - 폴리이미드를 포함하는 물품을 제조하는 방법으로서, 다음 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법:
제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리이미드 형성 조성물을 포함하는 프리폼을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 폴리이미드 프리폴리머를 이미드화시켜 상기 폴리이미드를 형성시키기에 효과적인 온도 및 시간 동안, 바람직하게는 250℃ 이상, 바람직하게는 300 내지 450℃ 온도에서 상기 프리폼을 가열시키는 단계. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 형성 단계가 방사(spinning), 스프레이, 캐스팅, 기재의 표면 코팅, 다공성 기재 함침, 몰드의 표면 코팅, 또는 몰드에 폴리이미드 형성 조성물 배치에 의한 것인 제조 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제15항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드 프리폴리머를 이미드화하기 위해 가열하는 동안 또는 가열하기 전에 상기 프리폼으로부터 상기 용매를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이미드화 단계 전, 동안, 또는 후에 상기 폴리이미드를 가교하는 단계를 더 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드를 포함하는 상기 물품이 섬유, 층, 공형 코팅(conformal coating), 복합물품, 복합 성형물품, 또는 성형물품이고; 및 상기 물품이 0.01 내지 1500 마이크로미터, 구체적으로 1 내지 750 마이크로미터, 더 구체적으로 10 내지 150 마이크로미터, 및 더욱 더 구체적으로 10 내지 100 마이크로미터의 두께를 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제18항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드가 비양성자성 유기 용매를 1 wt% 미만, 또는 0.1 wt% 미만 포함하고, 바람직하게는 상기 폴리이미드는 비양성자성 유기 용매가 없으며; 및
상기 폴리이미드가 할로겐화된 용매를 1 wt% 미만, 또는 0.1 wt% 미만 포함하고, 바람직하게는 상기 폴리이미드는 할로겐화된 용매가 없는 제조 방법. - 제14항 내지 제19항 중 적어도 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 물품.
