도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 셀 어셈블리의 주요 구성을 도시한 분리 사시도이다.
도 2는 도 1의 결합 정면도이다.

Claims (8)
- 정해진 간격으로 배치된 복수개의 셀;
상기 셀들 사이에서 셀과 면접촉을 이루도록 배치되어 셀의 부피 팽창을 흡수하는 완충패드;를 포함하고,
상기 완충패드는 열전도율이 1.5 W/mK 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 완충패드는 적어도 상기 셀의 평면부 면적 이상의 면적을 가진 판상체로 이루어지고,
상기 완충패드의 평평한 부분이 상기 셀의 평면부와 면접촉을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 완충패드의 평면부 면적은 상기 셀의 평면부 면적의 105% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 어셈블리. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 완충패드의 양단면은 셀의 외부 프레임에 접촉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 어셈블리. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 완충패드의 두께는 상기 셀의 부피 팽창률의 120% ~ 250%인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 어셈블리. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 완충패드의 열전도율이 1.5~1.6W/mK인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 완충패드는 폴리 디메틸 실록산(poly dimethyl siloxane) 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 완충패드는 UL94 V-1 이상 등급의 불(난)연성 소재인 동시에 10㎸/mm 이상의 절연성 소재로 이루어지고,
스트레인(Strain)이 20~60% 사이의 구간에서 CFD(Compression Force Deflection)가 20~100kPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 어셈블리.
