Claims (10)
- 전극 활물질과 제 1 불소계 중합체와 용매를 포함하는 전극 합제를 도포하고 건조시킴으로써 얻어지는 도막이 집전체 표면에 형성되어 이루어지는 전극 구조체로서,
상기 제 1 불소계 중합체는 하기 식 (1)로 표시되는 측쇄를 1개 이상 갖고,
상기 도막에는 열처리가 실시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전극 구조체.
-X-COOH (1)
(식 (1)에 있어서, X는 주쇄가 원자수 1∼20으로 구성되는 분자량 500 이하의 원자단이다.) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 비수 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전극 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전극 활물질은 0.5 m2/g 이상의 비표면적을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전극 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 합제는 하이드록시기를 갖는 측쇄를 1개 이상 갖고 있는 제 2 불소계 중합체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전극 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식 (1)로 표시되는 측쇄는 하기 식 (2)로 표시되는 측쇄인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전극 구조체.
-COO-X'-COOH (2)
(식 (2)에 있어서, X'는 주쇄가 원자수 1∼18로 구성되는 분자량 456 이하의 원자단이다.) - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 불소계 중합체는 불소계 단량체와 2-카복시에틸 아크릴레이트, 아크릴로일옥시에틸숙신산 및 아크릴로일옥시프로필숙신산으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 공중합한 불소계 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전극 구조체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 불소계 중합체는 불소계 단량체와 2-하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트 및/또는 하이드록시프로필 아크릴레이트를 공중합한 불소계 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전극 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 집전체는 알루미늄 박인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전극 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 전극 구조체를 구비하고 있는, 전지.
- 전극 활물질과 제 1 불소계 중합체와 비수 용매를 포함하는 전극 합제를 집전체 표면에 도포하고 건조시킴으로써, 당해 집전체 표면 위에 도막을 형성하는 공정과,
건조 후의 상기 도막에 열처리를 실시하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 불소계 중합체는 하기 식 (1)로 표시되는 측쇄를 1개 이상 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전극 구조체의 제조 방법.
