Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 균일하게 산기할 수 있고, 또한 설치의 편리성이 높고, 배관이 잘 복잡화되지 않는 산기 장치와 그 운전 방법, 및 상기 산기 장치를 구비한 수처리 장치를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 상부에 복수의 산기공이 형성된, 수평 방향으로 연장되는 산기관과, 개구관을 구비한 산기 장치로서, 상기 개구관의 일단이 상기 산기관의 말단에 직접 또는 간접적으로 연통하고, 상기 개구관의 개구단이 연직 방향 하향으로 개방하고, 또한 하기 식 (1) 을 만족하는, 산기 장치:
(D × d × n) / Q ≤ 7.5 ··· (1)
(식 (1) 중, D 는 산기관의 내경 (㎜) 이고, d 는 산기공의 직경 (㎜) 이고, n 은 산기관 1 개당 산기공의 수 (개) 이고, Q 는 산기관 1 개당 공급되는 기체의 풍량 (ℓ/min) 이다.). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
산기의 균일성을 나타내는 지표인 표본 분산이, 하기 식 (2) 를 만족하는 산기 장치:
표본 분산 = {(V1 - V)2 + (V2 - V)2 + ··· + (Vn - V)2} / n ≤ 2 ··· (2)
(식 (2) 중, V1, V2, ··· Vn 은 산기관 1 개당 형성된 n 개의 산기공으로부터 각각 산기되는 공기의 유속이고, V 는 각 산기공으로부터 산기되는 공기의 평균 유속이다.). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
외부로부터 기체가 공급되는 주배관과, 복수의 상기 산기관과, 상기 개구관을 구비한 산기 장치로서, 상기 산기관의 기단이 상기 주배관에 연통하고 있는, 산기 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 주배관과, 상기 복수의 산기관과, 상기 개구관을 구비하고, 상기 개구관의 일단이 상기 산기관마다의 말단에 직접 연통하고 있는, 산기 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 주배관과, 상기 복수의 산기관과, 상기 산기관의 말단끼리를 연통시키는 연통 부재와, 일단이 상기 연통 부재에 연통하고 있는 1 개 또는 복수의 상기 개구관을 구비한, 산기 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 산기관의 개수 A 와 상기 개구관의 개수 B 의 비 (A/B) 가 1 ∼ 3.5 인, 산기 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산기관의 길이 L 이 200 ∼ 500 ㎜ 인, 산기 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산기관의 내경 D 가 6 ∼ 20 ㎜ 이고, 상기 산기공의 직경 d 가 3 ∼ 10 ㎜ 인, 산기 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산기관 1 개당 상기 산기공의 수가 3 ∼ 5 개인, 산기 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 산기공의 간격이 50 ∼ 120 ㎜ 인, 산기 장치. - 수조와, 상기 수조 내에 배치된 막 모듈 유닛과, 상기 막 모듈 유닛의 하방에 배치된 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 산기 장치를 구비한, 수처리 장치.
- 상부에 복수의 산기공이 형성된, 수평 방향으로 연장되는 산기관과, 개구관을 구비하고, 상기 개구관의 일단이 상기 산기관의 말단에 직접 또는 간접적으로 연통하고, 상기 개구관의 개구단이 연직 방향 하향으로 개방하고, 또한 연직 방향으로 연장되어 있는 산기 장치의 운전 방법으로서, 하기 식 (1) 을 만족하도록, 산기관 1 개당 공급되는 기체의 풍량을 조절하는, 산기 장치의 운전 방법:
