Claims (8)
- 압력 기반 클러치 특성곡선의 결정이 실행되고, 클러치 특성곡선의 결정 전에는 클러치 시스템의 유압 구간(6, 8, 10)이 감압되는, 자동화 클러치 시스템의 작동 개시를 위한 방법에 있어서,
클러치 시스템의 작동 개시의 범주에서 상기 압력 기반 특성곡선의 결정이 요구되면, 클러치 시스템의 클러치(11)를 개방하고 체결하는 주기로서 유압 구간(6, 8, 10)의 감압을 위해 필요한 상기 주기의 횟수를 사전 설정하는 매개변수가 클러치 시스템에 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동화 클러치 시스템의 작동 개시 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매개변수는 자동으로 외부 장치(14)로부터 클러치 시스템에 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동화 클러치 시스템의 작동 개시 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부 장치로서 진단 테스터(14)가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동화 클러치 시스템의 작동 개시 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 클러치(11)를 개방하고 체결하기 위해 높은 압력이 유압 구간(6, 8, 10)의 내부에서 생성되며, 유압 구간(6, 8, 10)은 각각의 주기 이후에 단시간에 감압되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동화 클러치 시스템의 작동 개시 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 클러치 시스템의 클러치(11)를 개방하고 체결하는 사전 설정된 횟수의 주기들은 압력 기반 클러치 특성곡선의 결정 직전에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동화 클러치 시스템의 작동 개시 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력 기반 클러치 특성곡선은 압력-변위 특성곡선으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동화 클러치 시스템의 작동 개시 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력 기반 클러치 특성곡선의 결정은 클러치(11)의 접촉점의 검출을 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동화 클러치 시스템의 작동 개시 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력 기반 클러치 특성곡선의 결정 요구는 상위 제어 유닛을 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동화 클러치 시스템의 작동 개시 방법.
