Claims (15)
- 적어도 둘 이상의 전지 셀;
상기 전지 셀의 충, 방전 동작을 제어하기 위한 회로기판; 및
상기 전지 셀과 연결되고 회로기판을 향하여 연장되며, 상기 전지 셀에 최 근접한 절곡부가 전지 셀의 전지 영역 내에 위치되는 연결 탭을 포함하는 전지 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결 탭은 서로 이웃한 전지 셀을 전기적으로 연결하는 연결 부재로부터 연장되며,
상기 전지 영역은 상기 하나의 연결 부재에 의해 연결된 다수의 전지 셀 영역을 포괄하는 사각 영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연결 탭은,
상기 전지 셀을 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 연결 부재로부터 제1 방향을 향하여 연장되는 제1 부분; 및
상기 절곡부를 통하여 제1 방향과 다른 전지 셀의 길이 방향으로 연장되는 제2 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 연결 탭의 제1 부분은 서로 이웃한 전지 셀의 골 영역을 가로질러 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 연결 탭의 제2 부분은 서로 이웃한 전지 셀의 골 영역 내에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 연결 부재는,
상기 제1 방향을 따라 서로 이웃한 전지 셀을 병렬 연결하고,
상기 제1 방향과 다른 제2 방향을 따라 서로 이웃한 전지 셀을 직렬 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 연결 탭은,
상기 회로기판에 접속되는 접속부; 및
상기 제2 부분과 접속부 사이에서 연장되는 리드부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 연결 탭은 일체적으로 형성된 금속판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 연결 탭은 상기 연결 부재와 일체적으로 형성된 금속판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 접속부는 상기 회로기판에 대해 직접 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 회로기판에는 상기 접속부가 끼워지기 위한 접속 홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 리드부는 상기 제1 방향 및 상기 제1 방향과 다른 제2 방향을 동시에 추종하도록 비스듬한 경사각을 갖고 사선 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 회로기판은 상기 제1 방향을 따라 전지 셀의 상방에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 연결 부재는,
상기 전지 셀과의 서로 다른 제1, 제2 용접부; 및
상기 제1, 제2 용접부 사이를 가로지르는 절개부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전지 셀을 수용하기 위한 셀 홀더를 더 포함하고,
상기 셀 홀더는 내부 면으로 전지 셀을 둘러싸고, 외부 면 위로는 상기 회로기판이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
