Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 압축기의 구동이 정지되더라도 냉장실 내로 냉기가 유입되고 유입된 냉기의 순환이 이루어져 일정 수준의 온도 제어가 이루어질 수 있으며, 냉장실 내의 온도 편차가 개선될 수 있다.

Claims (20)
- 냉장실을 구비하는 캐비닛;
상기 냉장실에 대응되게 구비되고, 압축기의 구동에 의해 냉기를 생성하는 냉장실 증발기;
상기 냉장실 증발기에 장착되어 온도를 감지하는 증발기 온도센서;
상기 냉장실 증발기에서 생성된 냉기를 상기 냉장실에 공급하는 송풍팬; 및
상기 압축기의 구동 정지시, 상기 증발기 온도센서에 의해 감지된 상기 냉장실 증발기의 온도에 근거하여 상기 송풍팬의 구동 정지 여부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 냉장고. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 증발기 온도센서에 의해 감지된 온도가 기설정된 온도 이하인 경우에만 상기 송풍팬을 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기설정된 온도는 상기 송풍팬의 구동에 의해 상기 냉장실 내로 유입되는 냉기의 온도가 0℃ 이하가 되도록 하는 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고. - 제2항에 있어서,

상기 냉장실 증발기는, 지그재그 형태로 벤딩되어 다열(多列)을 이루고 냉매가 유동하는 유로를 형성하는 냉각관을 포함하며,
상기 증발기 온도센서는 상기 냉각관의 입구측에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 냉각관의 입구측에는 상기 증발기의 폭방향을 따라 연장되는 연장부가 구비되며,
상기 증발기 온도센서는 상기 연장부에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 증발기 온도센서는 상기 연장부의 1/2 지점에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 냉장실 증발기는, 상기 냉각관에 인접하게 배치되어 제상을 수행하도록 구성되는 제상히터를 더 포함하며,
상기 제어부는 상기 증발기 온도센서에 의해 감지된 상기 냉장실 증발기의 온도에 근거하여 상기 제상히터의 구동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제어부와 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 냉기덕트 내에 상호 이격되게 설치되는 제1 및 제2연결유닛을 더 포함하며,

상기 증발기에 장착되어 온도를 감지하는 증발기 온도센서;
상기 냉각관에 인접하게 배치되며, 상기 증발기 온도센서에 의해 감지된 온도에 근거하여 구동이 제어되는 제상히터; 및
상기 증발기의 냉기를 상기 저장 챔버에 공급하도록 구성되고, 상기 압축기의 구동 정지시 상기 증발기 온도센서에 의해 감지된 온도에 근거하여 구동 정지 여부가 제어되는 송풍팬을 포함하는 냉장고. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 송풍팬은, 상기 냉장실 내로 유입되는 냉기의 온도가 0℃ 이하가 되도록, 상기 증발기 온도센서에 의해 감지된 온도가 기설정된 온도보다 상승하면 구동이 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고. - 냉장실 증발기와 냉동 사이클을 구성하는 압축기의 구동이 정지되되, 상기 냉장실 증발기의 냉기를 냉장실에 공급하는 송풍팬은 계속 구동되는 제1단계;
상기 냉장실 증발기에 장착된 증발기 온도센서에 의해 온도가 감지되는 제2단계; 및
상기 증발기 온도센서에 의해 감지된 온도에 근거하여 송풍팬의 구동 정지 여부가 제어되는 제3단계를 포함하며,
상기 제3단계에서, 상기 증발기 온도센서에 의해 감지된 온도가 기설정된 온도 이상인 경우, 상기 송풍팬의 구동이 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 기설정된 온도는 상기 냉장실 내로 유입되는 냉기의 온도가 0℃ 이하가 되도록 하는 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 냉장실 증발기는, 지그재그 형태로 벤딩되어 다열(多列)을 이루고 냉매가 유동하는 유로를 형성하는 냉각관을 포함하고,
상기 증발기 온도센서는 상기 냉각관의 입구측에 장착되며,
상기 기설정된 온도는 -4℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 제1단계에서,
상기 압축기의 구동 정지 여부는 상기 냉장실의 온도를 감지하는 냉장실 온도센서에 의해 감지된 온도에 근거하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 제3단계에서 상기 송풍팬의 구동이 정지된 이후에, 상기 냉장실 온도센서에 의해 감지된 온도에 근거하여 상기 압축기의 재구동 여부가 제어되는 제4단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제어 방법.
