상기 약학적 조성물이 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트를 고체 형태로 포함하는, 약학적 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트가 비소 (III) 카보네이트 또는 바이카보네이트인, 약학적 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트가 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트인, 약학적 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

상기 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트가, 추가적인 비-비소성 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트 (non-arsenic carbonate and/or bicarbonate) 항암제와의 조합 요법의 일부로서 투여되는, 암 치료 방법. - 제15항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트가 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 약학적 조성물의 성분으로서 투여되는, 암 치료 방법. - 암 치료가 필요한 환자에게 경구 전달하기 위한 고체 형태의 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트의 제조 방법으로서,
(a) 삼산화비소를 강 염기성 용액에 용해하는 단계;
(b) 강 염기성 용액을 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트 화합물과 접촉시키는 단계;
(c) 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트 화합물이 용해된 강 염기성 용액으로부터 용매를 제거하여, 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트를 고체 형태로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제23항에 있어서,
상기 강 염기성 용액이 pH 9 이상의 용액인, 제조 방법. - 제23항 또는 제24항에 있어서,
상기 강 염기성 용액이 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속의 하이드록사이드 용액이거나 또는 암모늄 하이드록사이드 용액인, 제조 방법. - 제25항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속의 하이드록사이드가 소듐 하이드록사이드, 포타슘 하이드록사이드, 마그네슘 하이드록사이드, 칼슘 하이드록사이드, 리튬 하이드록사이드, 루비듐 하이드록사이드, 스트론튬 하이드록사이드, 바륨 하이드록사이드 및 세슘 하이드록사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 제조 방법. - 제23항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용매 제거 후, 고체 형태의 상기 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트에 하나 이상의 건조제, 분산제 또는 붕해제가 첨가되는, 제조 방법. - 제23항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된, 고체 형태의 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트.
- 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트를 적량으로 환자에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 환자에게 비소 이온을 치료학적인 유효량으로 전달하는 방법.
- 제29항에 있어서,
상기 투여가 상기 비소 카보네이트 및/또는 바이카보네이트의 고체 형태의 경구 투여인, 방법.
