Claims (10)
- 필름의 기재(substrate)가 되는 층인 투명 기재층;
상기 투명 기재층 상에 형성되며, 강도 증가 또는 눈부심 방지 기능성 층인 하드 코팅층;
상기 하드 코팅층 상에 형성되며, 상기 하드 코팅층과의 접착력 증가 및 오염 방지 기능성 층인 AF 코팅층;을 포함하는 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은 알콕시실란기(alkoxysilane group)와 반응성을 갖는 구조를 포함하는 화합물을 포함하여 형성된 층이고,
상기 AF 코팅층은 알콕시실란기(alkoxysilane group)를 포함하는 퍼플루오로(perfluoro) 화합물을 포함하여 형성된 층인 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은,
입방구조의 [R5SiO3/2]n 를 포함하는 유기실리콘 화합물을 포함하는 아크릴계 광경화성 수지(acrylic photocurable resin)를 포함하여 형성되며,
두께가 5 내지 50 μm인 고강도의 코팅층인 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름.
(상기 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소; 중수소; 할로겐; 아민기; 에폭시기; 사이클로헥실에폭시기; (메타)아크릴기; 사이올기; 이소시아네이트기; 니트릴기; 니트로기; 페닐기; 중수소, 할로겐, 아민기, 에폭시기, (메타)아크릴기, 사이올기, 이소시아네이트기, 니트릴기, 니트로기, 페닐기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1~C40의 알킬기; C2~C40의 알케닐기; C1~C40의 알콕시기; C3~C40의 시클로알킬기; C3~C40의 헤테로시클로알킬기; C6~C40의 아릴기; C3~C40의 헤테로아릴기; C3~C40의 아르알킬기; C3~C40의 아릴옥시기; 또는 C3~C40의 아릴사이올기 이고,
상기 n은 6, 8, 10, 또는 12 이다.) - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유기실리콘 화합물은 각각 독립적으로 포함되는 상기 R5 중 적어도 하나 이상이 (메타)아크릴기 또는 (메타)아크릴기로 치환된 C1~C40의 알킬기; C2~C40의 알케닐기; C1~C40의 알콕시기; C3~C40의 시클로알킬기; C3~C40의 헤테로시클로알킬기; C6~C40의 아릴기; C3~C40의 헤테로아릴기; C3~C40의 아르알킬기; C3~C40의 아릴옥시기; 또는 C3~C40의 아릴사이올기인 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 광경화성 수지는 단관능 또는 다관능의 아크릴 단량체가 도입된 유기 화합물 및 아크릴레이트를 포함하고,
상기 아크릴레이트는 디사이클로펜타닐 디아크릴레이트(Dicyclolpentanyl diacrylate, DCPA), 디펜타에리스리톨 헥사아크릴레이트(Dipentaerythritol Hexaacrylate, DPHA), 2관능성 아크릴레이트(Difunctional acrylate) 및 지방족 우레탄 아크릴레이트(Aliphatic urethane acrylate)로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은,
실란 커플링제를 이용하여 표면 개질된 나노 실리카(nano silica)를 포함하는 아크릴계 광경화성 수지(acrylic photocurable resin)를 포함하여 형성되며,
두께가 5 내지 50μm인 고강도의 코팅층인 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 하드 코팅층은,
실리카(silica) 입자 및 비드 입자 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 아크릴계 광경화성 수지(acrylic photocurable resin)를 포함하여 형성되고,
두께가 5 내지 50μm인 눈부심 방지 코팅층이며,
상기 비드는 실리콘(silicon) 비드 및 아크릴(acrylic) 비드 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름은 하중 750g에 대한 연필경도가 6H 이상이고, 투과도가 91.5% 이상이며, 수접촉각이 100° 이상인 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 투명 기재층은 두께가 20 내지 3000μm이고,
상기 AF 코팅층은 두께가 5 내지 50nm인 고기능성 AF 하드코팅 필름.
