Claims (7)
- 질량%로, C:0.09%이상 0.17%이하, Si:0.6%이상 1.7%이하, Mn:3.5%이하, P:0.03%이하, S:0.005%이하, Al:0.08%이하, N:0.006%이하, Ti:0.05%이하, B:0.0002%이상 0.0030%이하를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 갖고,
면적율에서, 페라이트상 20%미만(0% 포함), 템퍼링 마텐자이트상 75%이상(100% 포함), 템퍼링되어 있지 않은 마텐자이트상 10%이하(0% 포함), 잔류 오스테나이트상 5%미만(0% 포함)을 포함하는 강판 조직을 갖고,
상기 템퍼링 마텐자이트상의 비커스 경도는 280이상 340이하이고, 인장 강도는 950MPa이상 1120MPa이하인 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성에 부가해서, 질량%로, V:0.01%이상 0.1%이하, Mo:0.01%이상 0.2%이하에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 함유하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성에 부가해서, 질량%로, REM, Sn, Sb, Mg, Ca에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계 0.1%이하 더 함유하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고강도 강판은 용융 도금 강판 또는 합금화 용융 도금 강판인 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 강 소재를, 1100℃이상 1350℃이하로 하고, 거친 압연과 마무리 압연으로 이루어지는 열간압연을 실시하고, 상기 마무리 압연의 종료 온도 800℃이상에서 마무리 압연 종료 후, 권취 온도 580℃이하에서 권취하는 열간압연 공정과,
다음에, 냉간압연을 실시하는 냉간압연 공정과,
다음에, (Ac1 변태점+10)℃∼(Ac3 변태점-20)℃의 온도역을 평균 가열 속도 2.0℃/s이하에서 가열하고, 또한 (Ac1 변태점+10)℃∼(Ac3 변태점-20)℃의 온도역에서 60초 이상 유지하고, (Ac3 변태점-20)℃이상의 온도역에서 120초 이상 유지하고, (Ac3 변태점-20)℃∼Ms 변태점의 온도역을 평균 냉각 속도 20℃/s이상에서 냉각하고, 또한 (Ms 변태점-200)℃를 하회하는 온도까지 냉각하는 소둔 공정과,
다음에, 400∼600℃의 온도역에서 500℃ 상당의 가열을 60초 이상으로 되는 조건에서 재가열하는 템퍼링 공정을 갖는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
용융 도금 처리를 실시하는 용융 도금 공정을 더 갖는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
합금화 처리를 실시하는 합금화 공정을 더 갖는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
