Claims (10)
- 스핀들(2) 상에 배치된 볼 스크류 너트(4)와, 스핀들(2) 및 볼 스크류 너트(4) 상에 형성된 상보적인 트랙(3, 5)을 구비한 볼 스크류 구동부(1, 16)로서, 케이지(6, 17, 24) 내에 수용된 볼 및 복원력의 생성을 위한 하나 이상의 스프링 요소(9, 14, 18)가 상기 트랙 내에 배치된 볼 스크류 구동부(1, 16)에 있어서,
케이지(6, 17, 24)와 하나 이상의 스프링 요소(9, 18) 사이에 볼(11, 21)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류 구동부. - 제1항에 있어서, 케이지(6, 17, 24)와 하나 이상의 스프링 요소(9) 사이에 배치된 볼(11, 21)의 직경은, 볼이 지지식 볼이 되도록 크게 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류 구동부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 케이지와 하나 이상의 스프링 요소 사이에 배치된 볼의 직경은, 볼이 지지식 볼이 되지 않도록 작게 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류 구동부.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이지(6, 17, 24)는, 케이지(6, 17, 24)와 하나 이상의 스프링 요소(9, 18) 사이에 배치된 볼(11, 21)의 외부 윤곽에 매칭된 오목한 지지면(12)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류 구동부.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서로 대향하는 방향으로 복원력을 생성하도록 배치되는 두 개 이상의 스프링 요소(9, 14, 18)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류 구동부.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축방향으로 서로 오프셋되어 배치되고 동일한 방향으로 작용하는 복원력을 생성하도록 배치된 두 개 이상의 스프링 요소(9, 18)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류 구동부.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스프링 요소(9, 14, 18)의 길이는 트랙(3, 5)의 주연부의 1/2 내지 거의 3/4 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류 구동부.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이지(6, 17, 24) 내에 수용된 볼이 스핀들 내에 보유되도록, 트랙(3)이 스핀들(2) 내에 형성되거나, 또는 케이지(6, 17, 24) 내에 수용된 볼이 볼 스크류 너트 내에 보유되도록, 트랙(5)이 볼 스크류 너트(4) 내에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류 구동부.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이지(6, 17, 24)는, 반경 방향 내측으로 오프셋되거나 반경 방향 외측으로 오프셋된 볼 포켓(7)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스크류 구동부.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 볼 스크류 구동부(1, 16)와, 스핀들(2) 또는 볼 스크류 너트(4)와 결합된 전기 구동 모터를 갖는 전기 기계식 액추에이터.
