Claims (11)
- 특히 공압식 브레이크 부스터에, 감소된 압력을 공급하기 위한, 모터/펌프 유닛 (1) 으로서,
- 상기 모터/펌프 유닛 (1) 은 단일 엘라스토머 다이어프램 (2) 을 구비한 다이어프램 펌프로 구성되고,
- 상기 다이어프램 (2) 은 편심 드라이브 (4) 에 의해 전기적으로 작동되는 모터 유닛 (3) 에 의해 구동되고,
- 상기 모터/펌프 유닛 (1) 은 펌프 하우징 (5) 과 작동 공간 커버 (6) 를 구비하고, 상기 다이어프램 (2) 은 상기 펌프 하우징 (5) 과 상기 작동 공간 커버 (6) 사이에서 반경 방향 외측 에지에 클램프 되어서, 상기 다이어프램 (2) 과 상기 작동 공간 커버 (6) 사이에 가변 체적을 가진 작동 공간 (7) 이 형성되고,
- 상기 작동 공간 커버 (6) 는 상부 커버 (8), 하부 커버 (9), 그리고 상기 상부 커버 (8) 와 상기 하부 커버 (9) 사이에 위치하면서 상기 작동 공간 (7) 을 통해서 공기 순환을 제어하는 흡입 밸브 (10) 및 배출 밸브 (11) 의 여러 부분들로 구성되는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 작동 공간 (7) 으로 공기를 안내하는 공압식 연결부 (12) 와 작동 공간 (7) 에서 대기로 방출되는 공기의 소음 감소를 위한 소리 감쇠 유닛 (13) 이 제공되고, 상기 공압식 연결부 (12) 와 상기 소리 감쇠 유닛 (13) 은 상기 작동 공간 커버 (6) 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 공압식 연결부 (12) 와 상기 소리 감쇠 유닛 (13) 이 상기 작동 공간 커버 (6) 에 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 소리 감쇠 유닛 (13) 이 다공성 물질로 된 필터 요소 (14) 와 역류 방지 밸브 (15) 를 구비하고, 상기 역류 방지 밸브 (15) 는 필터 요소 (14) 와 대기 사이에 공기 유동 방향으로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 역류 방지 밸브 (15) 는 엘라스토머 물질로 구성되고 립 밸브, 특히 덕빌 밸브로서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 역류 방지 밸브 (15) 가 상기 필터 요소 (14) 와 공기 배출 개구부 (16) 가 있는 벽 사이에서 상기 소리 감쇠 유닛 (13) 에 클램프된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 역류 방지 밸브 (15) 에서 방출된 공기 유동을 재배향시키기 위한 채널 (17) 이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 채널 (17) 이 서로 다르게 배향된 배출 개구부들 (18, 19) 을 구비하여 적어도 두 개의 다른 방향으로 공기 유동을 재배향시킬 수 있게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 모터 유닛 (3) 에 전력을 공급하기 위한 전기 커넥터 플러그 (20) 가 상기 펌프 하우징 (5) 과 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 펌프 하우징 (5) 과 상기 모터 유닛 (3) 이 결합되는 때에 상기 커넥터 플러그 (20) 와 상기 모터 유닛 (3) 사이의 전기적 접촉이 필수적으로 별도로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 모터 유닛 (3) 에 전력을 공급하기 위한 전기적 커넥터 플러그 (20) 가 상기 모터 유닛 (3) 상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터/펌프 유닛.
