Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예들에 따라서, 수술실(OR)로의 외과 수술 계획 데이터 전송을 위한 방법을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예들에 따라서, OR 내에서의 외과 수술 계획 데이터의 전송을 나타낸 도식이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예들에 따라서, OR 내에서 구현되는 대형 클라우드 기반 데이터 관리 및 전산 시스템의 일부분으로서 외과 수술 계획 데이터의 전송을 나타낸 도식이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예들을 구현하기 위한 통신 장치, 연산 장치(computing device) 및 매체의 전체 모습을 도시한 개략도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예들에 따라서, VLC 가능 모바일 기기를 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (17)
- 네트워크를 통해 데이터 저장 시스템에서 가시광 통신(visible light communication, VLC) 가능 모바일 기기로 일련의 데이터를 다운로드하는 단계;
점대점(point to point) VLC를 통해 상기 VLC 가능 모바일 기기에서 수술실(OR) 내에 위치한 VLC 가능 기기로 상기 일련의 데이터를 전송하는 단계; 및
의료 시술에 도움을 주기 위해 상기 전송된 일련의 데이터를 이용하는 단계;를 포함하는, 의료 시술에 도움을 주기 위해 데이터를 확실하게 전송하기 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 OR 내의 상기 VLC 가능 기기는 OR 장비의 하나 또는 그 이상의 부분과 통신하는 VLC 허브인, 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 OR 장비는 외과 수술 로봇 또는 광학 추적 시스템인, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 VLC 가능 모바일 기기로 의료 시술에서 사용될 장비를 확인하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 VLC 가능 모바일 기기로 시술을 받을 환자를 확인하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 OR 내의 상기 VLC 가능 기기는 외과 수술 로봇 또는 광학 추적 시스템인, 방법. - 점대점 가시광 통신(VLC)을 통해 상기 OR에서 가시광 통신(VLC) 가능 기기로 데이터를 전송하는 단계;
상기 VLC 가능 기기에서 데이터 관리 시스템으로 상기 데이터를 업로드하는 단계; 및
의료 관리 설비에 의해 액세스될 상기 데이터 관리 시스템 내에 상기 업로드된 데이터를 저장하는 단계;
를 포함하는, 의료 관리 설비에서 액세스할 데이터 관리 시스템으로 수술실(OR) 데이터를 확실하게 전송하기 위한 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
데이터를 업로드하는 상기 단계는 무선 네트워크를 통한 것인, 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 VLC 가능 기기는 VLC 가능 모바일 기기인, 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 VLC 가능 기기는 상기 수술실 내의 VLC 허브인, 방법. - 네트워크를 통해 가시광 통신(VLC) 가능 모바일 기기로 소프트웨어 실행파일을 다운로드하는 단계;

의료 시술을 수행하기 위해 상기 OR 장비에서 상기 소프트웨어 실행파일을 실행하는 단계;
를 포함하는, 의료 시술을 수행하기 위해 수술실(OR) 장비에서 소프트웨어 실행파일을 전송하기 위한 방법. - 제15항에 있어서,
시술을 위해 지정된 데이터 버전 또는 실행가능 버전이 수신하는 VLC 가능 기기에 당장 존재하지 않을 때에만, 상기 데이터 또는 소프트웨어 실행파일의 전송이 수행되는, 방법. - 제1항의 방법을 실행하기 위한 시스템.
