Claims (13)
- 분자내 반응으로 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 다이아조아세테이트 유도체로부터 하기 화학식 1의 피리도아이소인돌 유도체를 제조하는 방법.

[상기 화학식 1 및 2에서,
R1 내지 R3은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, (C1-C30)알킬, 할로(C1-C30)알킬, (C6-C30)아릴 또는 (C1-C30)알콕시이며;
R4는 (C1-C30)알킬이고;
R5는 수소, 할로겐, (C1-C30)알킬, (C1-C30)알콕시 또는 (C1-C30)알킬카보닐- 이고;
A1은 N, S, O 또는 CR11로, R11은 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, (C1-C30)알킬, 할로(C1-C30)알킬, (C6-C30)아릴 또는 (C1-C30)알콕시이며;
A2는 N 또는 CR12로, R12는 수소 또는 (C1-C30)알킬이며;
상기 R1 내지 R2는 서로 연결되어 방향족고리를 형성할 수 있으며;
n은 0 내지 1의 정수이다.] - one-pot반응으로 구리촉매, 염기성촉매 및 아자이드유도체 존재하에 하기 화학식 3의 아세테이트 유도체를 가열하여 하기 화학식 1의 피리도아이소인돌 유도체를 제조하는 방법.

[상기 화학식 1 및 3에서,
R1 내지 R3은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, (C1-C30)알킬, 할로(C1-C30)알킬, (C6-C30)아릴 또는 (C1-C30)알콕시이며;
R4는 (C1-C30)알킬이고;
R5는 수소, 할로겐, (C1-C30)알킬, (C1-C30)알콕시 또는 (C1-C30)알킬카보닐이고;
A1은 N, S, O 또는 CR11로, R11은 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, (C1-C30)알킬, 할로(C1-C30)알킬, (C6-C30)아릴 또는 (C1-C30)알콕시이며;;
A2는 N 또는 CR12로, R12는 수소 또는 (C1-C30)알킬이며;
상기 R1 내지 R2는 서로 연결되어 방향족고리를 형성할 수 있으며;
n은 0 내지 1의 정수이다.] - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 분자반응은 구리촉매하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 분자반응은 가열로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 구리(Cu) 촉매는 Cu(OTf)2, Cu(OAc)2H2O, Cu(acac)2, Cu(hfacac)2, Cu(OAc)2, CuCl, CuI 및 CuBr에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 구리 촉매는 상기 화학식 2의 다이아조아세테이트 유도체 또는 상기 화학식 3의 다이아조아세테이트 유도체 1몰에 대해 0.005 내지 0.1몰로 사용되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법. - 제 2항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 가열은 50 oC 내지 100 oC진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 염기성 촉매는 1,8-디아자바이시클로운덱-7-엔, 1,5-디아자바이시클로[4,3,0]논-5-엔 또는 1,4-디아자바이시클로[2,2,2]옥탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 염기성 촉매는 상기 화학식 3의 다이아조아세테이트 유도체 1몰에 대해 1.0 내지 3.0몰로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 아자이드 유도체는 토실아자이드, 디페닐포시포릴 아자이드 또는 트리플르오로메탄설포닐 아자이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 아자이드 유도체는 상기 화학식 3의 다이아조아세테이트 유도체 1몰에 대해 1.0 내지 3.0몰로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1에서
R1 은 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, (C1-C30)알킬 또는 (C1-C30)알콕시이며;
R2는 수소, 할로겐, (C1-C30)알킬, (C1-C30)알콕시, 할로(C1-C30)알킬 또는 (C6-C30)아릴이며;
R3은 수소이며;
R4는 (C1-C30)알킬이고;
R5는 수소, 할로겐, (C1-C30)알킬, (C1-C30)알콕시 또는 (C1-C30)알킬카보닐이고;
A1은 S 또는 CR11로, R11은 수소, 할로겐 또는 (C1-C30)알킬이며;
A2는 N 또는 CR12로, R12는 수소 또는 (C1-C30)알킬이며;
상기 R1 내지 R2는 서로 연결되어 방향족고리를 형성할 수 있으며;
n은 0 내지 1의 정수인 방법.
