Abstract
본 발명에 따른 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물 및 폴리우레탄 폼은 가지사슬형(branched type) 폴리우레탄계 수지, 발포제, 이소시아네이트(isocyanate)계 경화제, 계면활성제 및 폴리올(polyol)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (9)
- 가지사슬형(branched type) 폴리우레탄계 수지, 발포제, 이소시아네이트(isocyanate)계 경화제, 계면활성제 및 폴리올(polyol)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가지사슬형 폴리우레탄계 수지는 중량평균분자량이 20000~100000인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포제는 평균 직경이 0.01~100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가지사슬형 폴리우레탄계 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 발포제 0.1~10중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가지사슬형 폴리우레탄계 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 이소시아네이트계 경화제 1~40중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가지사슬형 폴리우레탄계 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 계면활성제 0.1~10중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가지사슬형 폴리우레탄계 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 폴리올 20~60중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물.
- 가지사슬형(branched type) 폴리우레탄계 수지, 발포제, 이소시아네이트(isocyanate)계 경화제, 계면활성제 및 폴리올(polyol)을 포함하는 조성물로부터 열경화 및 발포되어 형성되고,
흡수량이 2.2~2.8이고, 밀도가 0.1~0.3g/cm3인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄 폼의 두께는 10~200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼.
