Claims (22)
- 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 50 질량% 미만의 부수적 양으로 존재하는 윤활 점도의 희석유, 및
그에 함유되는 다수의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 첨가제
로 이루어지는, 윤활유 조성물의 제조에 사용하기 위한 첨가제 농축물로서,
첨가제 농축물 내 모든 상기 다수의 첨가제의 총량은 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 50 질량% 초과이고, 상기 다수의 첨가제가
(A) 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 3.0 질량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 하나 이상의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 살리실레이트 세제;
(B) 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 0.50 질량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는, 하나 이상의 지방족 (C7 내지 C29)하이드로카빌 지방산 에스터인 하나 이상의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 무회 질소-미함유 유기 마찰 개질제; 및
(C) 첨가제 농축물을 안정화시키는데 효과량으로 존재하는 하나 이상의 붕산염 분산제
를 포함하는, 첨가제 농축물. - 제1항에 있어서,
첨가제 농축물 내 다수의 첨가제가 (D) 하나 이상의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 석신산 무수물을 추가로 포함하고, (C) 및 (D)가 조합되어 첨가제 농축물을 안정화시키는데 효과량으로 각각 존재하는, 첨가제 농축물. - 제2항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 석신산 무수물(D)의 평균 석신화 비가 1.35 이상인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 석신산 무수물(D)의 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 쇄의 수평균 분자량(Mn)이 1250 달톤 이상인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 석신산 무수물(D)이 하나 이상의 폴리이소부틸렌일 석신산 무수물(PIBSA)인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 석신산 무수물(D)이 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 1.0 내지 10.0 질량%의 양으로 존재하는, 첨가제 농축물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 지방족 (C7 내지 C29)하이드로카빌 지방산 에스터(B)가 하나 이상의 지방족 (C7 내지 C29)하이드로카빌 지방산 또는 이의 반응성 유도체, 및 하나 이상의 알칸올의 에스터 반응 생성물인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제7항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 알칸올이 다가 (C2 내지 C20)알칸올인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제8항에 있어서,
다가 (C2 내지 C20)알칸올이 글리세롤인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 지방족 (C7 내지 C29)하이드로카빌 지방산 에스터(B)가 글리세롤 모노-올레에이트(GMO)인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 살리실레이트 세제(A)가 ASTM D 2896에 따라 측정시 100% 활성량에서 150 mg KOH/g 이상의 전 알칼리가(TBN)를 갖는 과염기성 알칼리 토금속 살리실레이트 세제인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 살리실레이트 세제(A)가 하나 이상의 칼슘 살리실레이트 세제인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 살리실레이트 세제(A)가 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 5 내지 25 질량%의 양으로 존재하는, 첨가제 농축물. - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 붕산염 분산제(C)가 장쇄 탄화수소-치환된 모노카복시산 및 다이카복시산 또는 이들의 무수물의 유-가용성 염, 에스터, 아미노-에스터, 아미드, 이미드 및 옥사졸린; 탄화수소 장쇄의 티오카복시레이트 유도체; 직접 부착된 폴리아민을 갖는 장쇄 지방족 탄화수소; 및 장쇄 치환된 페놀과 폼알데하이드 및 알킬렌 폴리아민의 축합에 의해 형성된 만니히 축합 생성물로부터 선택된 붕산염 형태의 무회 분산제인, 첨가제 농축물. - 제14항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 붕산염 분산제(C)가 붕산염 폴리알켄-치환된 석신이미드이되, 폴리알켄 기가 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)로 측정시 900 내지 5,000 범위의 수평균 분자량을 갖는, 첨가제 농축물. - 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 첨가제 농축물을 윤활 점도의 오일과 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 윤활유 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 첨가제 농축물의 저장 안정성을 개선하는, 첨가제 농축물 내 효과량의 첨가제로서 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 붕산염 분산제의 용도로서,
상기 첨가제 농축물이 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 50 질량% 미만의 부수적 양으로 존재하는 윤활 점도의 희석유, 및 다수의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 첨가제로 이루어지되, 첨가제 농축물 내 상기 다수의 첨가제가 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 50 질량% 초과이며, 적어도 하기 첨가제를 포함하는, 용도:
(A) 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 3.0 질량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 하나 이상의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 살리실레이트 세제; 및
(B) 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 0.50 질량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는, 하나 이상의 지방족 (C7 내지 C29)하이드로카빌 지방산 에스터인 하나 이상의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 무회 질소-미함유 유기 마찰 개질제. - 제17항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 붕산염 분산제(C)가 첨가제 농축물에서 하나 이상의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 석신산 무수물(D)과 합해진 효과량으로 조합으로 사용되어 첨가제 농축물의 저장 안정성을 개선하는, 용도. - (A) 하나 이상의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 살리실레이트 세제 및 (B) 하나 이상의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 무회 질소-미함유 유기 마찰 개질제의 양립성을 개선하고/하거나 (A)와 (B) 사이의 상호작용을 경감하고/하거나 방지하는, 첨가제 농축물 내 효과량의 첨가제로서 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 붕산염 분산제(C)의 용도로서,
(A)는 첨가제로서 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 3.0 질량% 이상의 양으로 존재하고, (B)는 하나 이상의 지방족 (C7 내지 C29)하이드로카빌 지방산 에스터이며, 첨가제로서 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 0.50 질량% 이상의 양으로 존재하고,
첨가제 농축물은 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 50 질량% 미만의 부수적 양으로 존재하는 윤활 점도의 희석유, 및 그에 함유된, 적어도 첨가제 (A) 및 (B)를 포함하는 다수의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 첨가제로 이루어지되, 첨가제 농축물 내 모든 상기 다수의 첨가제의 총량은 첨가제 농축물의 총 질량을 기준으로 활성 성분 기준 50 질량% 초과인, 용도. - 제19항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 붕산염 분산제(C)가 첨가제 농축물에서 하나 이상의 유-가용성 또는 유-분산성 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 석신산 무수물(D)과 조합으로 합해진 효과량으로 사용되어 농축물의 첨가제 (A) 및 (B)의 양립성을 개선하고/하거나 (A)와 (B) 사이의 상호작용을 경감하고/하거나 방지하는, 용도. - 제18항 또는 제20항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 석신산 무수물(D)의 평균 석신화 비가 1.35 이상인, 용도. - 제18항, 제20항 및 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 석신산 무수물(D)의 폴리(C2 내지 C6)알킬렌일 쇄의 수평균 분자량(Mn)이 1250 달톤 이상인, 용도.
